My account has been hacked at least 3 times in the last year. The yadkinville nc branch manager was rude and did not help me at all. I work hard for my money and the fact your company let my money get stolen AGAIN and then for this man to treat me like my business did not matter because it was a different card on a JOINT account is beyond me. A JOINT account means it is my money also. After 17 years of banking with Wachovia/wells fargo it is time to literally take my money elsewhere. And I will make sure that my friends and neighbors know how much this branch sucks.

...So sitting with my friend this morning he gets a call, they say they're about to close his account because someone else has been trying to put bad checks in.........that's all they tell him....nothing else..

Very disappointed ☹ï¸. I went to deposit money and to be able to deposit my money into my account through the window the person asked me for my ID I have been with this bank since the dinosaurs when it was still Wachovia. I asked him why if I had my credit card and he told me it was policy, policy that he made new when he was just hired😑. So I just told him thanks and left to make my deposit at the atm😉. It was much faster and much friendly 😊

Fast and friendly!!! The teller (T.P.) was kind, smiled a lot and even cracked a few jokes with me and the car beside me while handling both our business and not missing a beat.

Very Disappointed! The last threes times I visited the branch I left without accomplishing the task that had me going into the bank in the first place. The first two times there was not a "banker" on the premises. Today I was told it would take 45-minutes for the teller to complete my transaction because she didn't know how to handle foreign currency. Needless to say, I left. I noticed in Mr. Gordon's review below that corporate came in and terminated all employees only to replace them with a skeleton crew that is inapt. Prior to this, I never had any issues and all of my banking needs were professionally and courteously met. I dare say that if this trend continues we will soon see a "CLOSED" sign on the door. Looks like I'm headed to Winston...

Saddens me corporate came into this Yadkinville Branch and terminated all the staff only to bring in new staff. I'm now considered a stranger and no longer feel this is a "hometown" bank. I operate a business here and will now begin my search to find another bank. I no longer have the personal banker feel I once had and to me, the corporate part of Wells Fargo no longer cares about their customers. What company terminates all staff at one time??!!
