Lack of time, patience, explanation, misguidance etc. Had to go out of my way to contact the office manager so she could fix everything. The office manager Lynn definitely did great, but my original tax preparer failed me.

The price is to high for your so called services. Prices was not discussed when at one of your locations and y'all don't help out military members. Going to get mine done through TurboTax next year.
