Being close to the beach was the highlite. We loved the huge table and front upper porch with rockers and a hammock. Having beach supplies already there was a bonus. Chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a cart.

Peaceful. Beautiful ocean views and unmatched beach access. Great for couples, adults and families. Perfect for little kids. Very accessible and organized. 180 degree ocean view is unmatched. Could sit on the front porch forever!

We had a great experience with Sea Scape. Every single person I had contact with was friendly & helpful. Anna was eager to answer a few questions that weren’t addressed in the online description. We loved the condo at the Islander 8a. The ocean view was beautiful. The furnishings, amenities & the condo were above & beyond our expectations. So many personal details & a very well-stocked kitchen! If only Hurricane Debby had stayed away! ?

This company only cares about the vacation rentals. The long term rental residents are just left on the back burner. There’s absolutely zero communication from property management to the residents. The incompetent “‘maintenance crew” just shows up and starts working with no notice or even a knock on the door, they can enter private areas with no permission needed from the resident according to them.
I’ve been reaching out to them with my concerns since May and have not received any response.
Pictures of shotty workmanship from the “maintenance crew”, painted over the door bell so it no longer works, they left paint overspray on our sliding glass door and many of the windows, and ruined my outdoor blink cameras by painting over them(all they had to do was notify me that they were painting and I would have taken them down myself).

This is our family's 2nd time staying at this location and using Seascape Properties and we once again had no complaints. The house was clean and organized upon our arrival and there were no issues overall. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and altogether just a nice neighborhood. The personnel from Sea Scape are courteous, they quickly respond to any texts that i had and professional. They even responded on the weekend when i texted them. The one and only drawback that we had was the internet connection and Wi-Fi signal. A few of us wanted to catch up on a few work emails by end of week and the connection was just terrible. We had to resort to using our phones hotspots. This is no fault of the owners, and that problem lies on the shoulders of the local cable provider which is Spectrum. We had problems with their services at other rentals in the past as well. My overall rating on the Deja' Blue rental will still be definitely 5 STARS because of the service and quality of the employees and the house itself. Oh, i almost forgot. They even provide me with a $315.00 credit for beach equipment rental thru VayK Life, which I used to rent a few extra beach carts to haul our stuff to the beach as well as umbrellas and an extra cooler, just in case we were short. I also like the small " Welcome Gift " of the insulated water bottle, tote bag, and can coolers. That was a nice little surprise. Overall, i give our stay a 5-star rating for the ease of renting, the cleanliness and service that we experienced on our stay last week. Thank you!

Loved our week at North Topsail beach. Great location. Very comfortable space. Well furnished. Wonderful ocean views. Pool was nice to have. Could use some pool chairs and a nearby hose to spray off sand. Communication with rental agency was great!

Roll Tide was an absolutely flawless place to stay! Kitchen was stocked with everything a person needs. Beach chairs and cart were high quality. Cleanest place I have ever stayed. Perfect location.

Stayed at a unit hosted through their network. Unfortunately, the property had a multitude of issues, some of which could not be resolved during our stay. When maintenance was attempted, there were some issues with the service company as well.
From a financial perspective, it felt like I was getting nickeled and dimed at every turn. For example - I was charged for an early check-in fee that didn't even happen, but luckily I caught it before paperwork was finalized.

Our stay here was fantastic! The location can’t be beat. It’s close to everything you need. The restaurants, bars, pier, grocery and ice cream are all within walking distance. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Property Management was super professional very attentive and readily available to answer any questions or concerns. I really didn’t have many questions because they answered all of my questions without having to ask…They provided me with all of the necessary details and specifics relative to our stay. The property and location was wonderful clean and quaint just what we needed. I highly recommend this company property and location
