My dad owned a service station/repair shop for years so I know a good mechanic when I find one. Endress Auto is a keeper! Our cars both have well over 200K miles on them. Endress keeps them running smoothly. When we have a car in for routine maintenance (e.g. oil change), we never get pressured to have any other work done. The repair costs are always fair and reasonable. Sometimes extraordinarily so...our son (in Charlotte) got an astronomical quote to have his 2010 Camry, which was running very rough, repaired. We convinced him to let Endress take a look. They diagnosed and fixed the problem for 25% of the original quote. Not exaggerating. Now his car runs great. He was thrilled with the outcome and plans to bring his car up here any time it needs work. The folks at Endress are honest, professional, and very skilled at what they do. We can't imagine entrusting our vehicles to anyone else.

Just had our 113,000 mile 2016 Honda Odyssey serviced. Sensitive transmission issue and warped rotors were major items: now it runs like new. Very smooth to drive. It was very much worth having Dean and his team service the van.

5 stars are not enough for Endress Auto. Very professional. Dean and Rob are very knowledgeable with everything and know their stuff. That's 2 generations of knowledge. I can't say enough good things about them. Susan has been wonderful and has been so helpful and she knows the business and will get it done. Stop looking around. Just use Endress. They're the best.

We drove all the way from Mooresville and it was worth the drive. From the conversation on the phone with Susan to the actual service from the mechanics…this by far has been the best experience we have had in many many years! Ran over stick and needed it looked at quick. Just recently moved to the area and didn't have a mechanic. Called Endress, and they were able to see me. They were great! Great service, fantastic customer service. They are my new mechanics! Highly recommended them. They are good, honest people you can trust for your car needs.

My experience with Endress Auto has been one of the best I've ever had buying a car. Sold me a good reliable car and unlike most car salesmen he was upfront and honest about the whole process. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company. And when my wife had serious health issues and got in a bind, they were completely understanding and were able to be sympathetic and work with us. Good and honest people. Thanks Endress Auto.
