I am new to the cold working game and they have been awesome! Always attentive to my needs, my questions and my problems. I’ve ordered their lap grinder, sanding pads, cones and cerium oxide and haven’t had any problems that they can’t help me with. Great company, I will be working with them for a while.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff I must asked 100 questions about dichroic lamination to there support staff, and got all the answers to my question before I ever spent a single dollar in the online shop, if it wasn't for the top notch customer service answering all of my questions in detailed and explanatory ways I would still be poking around in the dark trying to figure out the cold fusion process on my own, its amazing to see a
company that is just as focused in teaching their custormers the craft and trade as they are providing all the nessacary tools and equipment A++ customer service ans 10/10 company

I cannot say enough good things about HISG. My professional studio relies on their technical advice regularly and without them, I would have a much tougher time sourcing all my tooling needs.

I have a lot of experiencing coldworking glass (I'm the author of one of the few books on the topic) and I've relied on His Glassworks for many years. I have a full coldshop in my studio (big flat lap, wet belt sander, large saw, big sand blaster) and it all came from His. They price fairly, provide exceptional support, are experts on - and stand behind - everything they sell. I wish all my suppliers were this honest, reliable, and knowledgeable.

I am very very disappointed by the shipping options for the online store. Actually, I’m shocked. I am a small business owner I know for a fact that you are over charging for every single carrier you offer, by a large amount. Wish you would do better by customers in that area.

I found out about HIS Glassworks through a champlevé class I took. The ordering process at HIS Glasswork is so easy and the shipping is fast. I spoke with the manager, Elise, about a back order and she was incredibly responsive by phone and by email. I would highly recommend HIS Glassworks for all your glass and enamel needs. I can tell this is a good company and the people who work there strive successfully for a high level of customer service
