I have been a customer at CVS for years in many different places. This particular one by far has the worst customer service in the pharmacy. They're always seems to be an issue when I go to get my prescriptions filled and use my discount card. One particular pharmacistnwith blue hair always has a snarky attitude like he has better things to do than his job. I've never experienced this at any other location where they are always glad to help and appreciative of their customers.
Edit: I spoke to the store manager and she relayed that I was the 3rd person today who complained about the same guy. She assured me that she had notified his supervisor and they continually say that they are going to do something about it. I urge anyone who has a bad experience with the pharmacy to speak to the manager. They are there to make sure that customer's have a good experience and it does reflect on them when an employee is rude or handles a situation badly. Overall I believe I will be switching pharmacies still, but I hope they can eventually replace this character and that they can regain some of the business they've lost due to his demeanor and actions.

I'm sick of getting constant text messages about dangerous Vaccines! I don't do any of them and I never will. Surgeon General in Florida deemed the COVID vaccine unsafe not tested by the FDA!
Honestly it's a Crime Against Humanity. Why are they still pushing this in NC? I lost.
People that I cared about, who were injured passed away from covid vaccine. Young women had a Miscarriage! I don't wanna hear anything about it or any other vaccine especially on my phone!
I can't stand listening to the recordings while waiting on the phone about Covid Vaccine.
Stop I need to block them from my phone,I'm done!

The rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered!!

I have never been treated with such rudeness by a pharmacist ever! I was calling to find insulin for my cat, and he was just so mean. I guess all their employees must be miserable, we will never use CVS pharmacy again!

I have NEVER in my life been treated with such disrespect. The male employee (he had blue hair) I think he was the pharmacist... was the RUDEST person I have ever met. He is in public service. CVS you need to do better and listen to customers who are leaving these reviews. I KNOW you have had to receive multiple complaints about him. He pretty much told me he would never fill this med at his pharmacy ever again. CVS is a chain, and I am a long time customer. I relocated to near this store and requested my ONE medication be filled there. He all but near refused to fill it. My children have better manners than he does. As a nurse, when you're in healthcare, you're supposed to have compassion... and care.. HE HAS NONE OF THOSE. If he is so unhappy with his job, why is he still working there. I couldn't imagine going to a job everyday that I hated that much. I will be calling corporate over and over and over again until I feel this has been taken care of. He needs a major attitude adjustment, some classes on compassion and customer service. This is just sad, and made me sick! I hope and pray he doesn't do this to people that are struggling and feel ashamed to pick up certain meds due to the strong stigma that's already out in the world. CVS DO BETTER. PHARMACIST AT WOODFIN CVS DO BETTER, PICK A NEW PROFESSION... ASAP!

The male pharmacist denied that the drugs I got from CVS would effect me any differently than the ones I get from Walgreens. They simply weren't giving me the kick I NEED from trazadone I take for sleep each night. Just by looking at the pills, you can see they are more compacted and they are bigger than their counterpart at Walgreens. I called, explained this situation to the male pharmacist and he basically denied that there is no difference between the drugs. LET ME TELL YOU, FOLKS, there are different formulas for the same drugs and they can vary up to 20% depending on who makes it. It can effect different people differently. This guy completely denied that this was even a possibility and refused to help me in any way along with trying to make me feels stupid. I'd give them a 0/5 if I could.I see several others giving one star reviews for this same guy when I looked through for a couple minutes at the reviews, so might be best if you just avoid this pharmacy.

I typically don't leave a bad review for any business, as I understand the effort it takes to run a successful business. But seeing as how CVS is a corporation and has policies in place to abide by state and federal regulations, I feel it is justified to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received at CVS pharmacy, particularly at the Woodfin, NC store #6769. I have been a loyal customer for many years, consistently filling my prescriptions with CVS every month. Unfortunately, recent experiences have left me frustrated and disappointed.I have encountered issues with the availability of my prescribed medication. Despite my doctor sending over the prescription promptly, there have been instances where the medication was not available on the specified fill date. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and disruptions that easily could have been avoided, hence why I try every month to call ahead of my appointment date to assure that this is not an issue.I am troubled by the pharmacy's refusal to accommodate my request to pre-order a preferred product in order to prevent the issue of wrong product & not having the product in stock. As a regular customer who has relied on CVS for years, I expect a certain level of flexibility and customer service. It is disheartening to feel disregarded when making a simple request to ensure I receive the necessary medication promptly, it should not be an issue for a customer, who regularly fills their prescriptions there each month. The transactions are all on file for them to view factual evidence as to why my request to pre order should be validated. So I call and ask them to record it in my patient records, they take the note (I hope) with no intention on doing anything to alleviate the problem.I am also concerned about what appears to be discriminatory practices based on the type of prescription filled. People who have suffered enough does not deserve to be treated with lack of consideration. Treat others as you would want to be treated & those who treat others poorly, well, they are miserable humans period. Every customer deserves fair and equal treatment, irrespective of the nature of their medication. The perceived judgment is not only unprofessional but goes against the principles of business ethics.I urge CVS to address these issues promptly and take corrective action to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. Your attention to these matters is crucial in maintaining the trust and loyalty of longstanding customers like myself. Please see that my requests I emailed to corporate and that I personally phoned into the pharmacists the last 3 months are reviewed and addressed, thank you!

This was the most unbelievable experience I've ever had regarding customer service. I literally left in tears. The male pharmacy employee with the blue hair yelled at me and refused to sell me Sudafed, you heard that right, Sudafed. My father is a disabled 75 year old retiree and I am his caregiver. My dad has a bit of demesia and he is sick and he is hyperfocused on needing Sudafed, the many other over the counter meds will not satisfy his symptoms he believes. Now let me mention that I am paying over $1000 a month to CVS for his various medications. I typically use the CVS on Monticello rd at the next exit but I was passing by this CVS and decided to stop here. I had gathered several bags of candy, a gift for my daughter and some cat treats and I made my way to the pharmacy to ask for the Sudafed. I notices the guy snapping at an older gentleman who couldn't figure out which button to push on the card reader and then snapping at a woman getting a vaccine who wanted him to update her vaccine card. I very nicely told him that my dad was sick and I needed to get him some Sudafed. He was clearly annoyed at my request and asked me which one? I said I didn't know, listed my dad's symptoms and said "just the regular?". He snapped at me again "which one!?". Then he said "fas acting, 12 hour, or 24 hour!". "12?" I said a bit weakly. He come iver with 2 boxes and slams them on the counter, close to him, I reach out to pull one closer to me so that I could figure out the difference between them.he snatches them back and yells "which. One!". I said "why are you being so rude to me?". "WHICH ONE!!!". I said "what is going on here!!!" And he snached them back and told me he wouldn't sell them to me and to get out. I'm not embellishing, exaggerating. That's what happened. I turned around to leave and everyone waiting had their mouths open. We were all frightened. I told another worker about it and he didn't show any emotion. Said nothing. I don't know what's going on here. I don't know why a human being would treat another human being this way. I cried for 2 hours. I guess he saw some acne on my face and thought I wanted to make drugs? I can't remember the last time someone made me feel so bad about myself. I'm a kind person. I did not deserve what happened today. I spend over a grand a month at CVS, more than any other company. I'm shocked that they are allowing this man to act this way towards paying customers. Miserable folks want to be sure that everyone else feels as bad as they do but I just wasn't prepared for being treated so unkindly. I went down the road to the one on monticello rd and was able to get it without issue. I'll probably pull my business from CVS anyways though. Just don't go to this store unless you have nerves of steel.

I work for multiple delivery services. I was in line to pick up an order. The guy helped the lady in front of me but refused to help me as it was 1:31. Said I'd have to wait til they got bk from lunch in 30 minutes. Was it because the older lady was white and I'm black? Unsure

I have been coming here regularly for over a decade. I love the location, it is very clean compared to others in the area, and I have always had friendly and efficient service. There was one evening about 2 weeks ago however, I went in at 7pm and went to go check out. The self check out was closed, and there was not an employee around to check me out. I stood about 15 minutes and just left and went to Walmart to get what I needed. Since this was an outlier compared to service I’ve had in the past, still wanted to give 4 stars.
