They are ALWAYS out of the specialty food items like the orange frosty and the pull apart cinabon.Either the company doesn't keep them well stocked or it's false advertising on the corporate side of it. Either way...bad for business guys!

Ordered online. I arrived for pickup in the drive-through. I was informed they were out of ingredients for 2 out of 4 of my items. I requested they cancel the order and receive a refund. Cashier stated they could not do so. Mobile orders are handled through the mobile app, I would need to contact customer service to receive a refund. Customer service in the app stated refunds are handled through the store itself. I tried to walk inside to show to the Cashier, but all the doors were locked and the dining room was closed at 1115 AM on a Saturday. Ended up issuing a stop payment through the bank to get my money back. As the store or the app could not issue a refund.

As usual, I drove through being the only car in line, and they told me to pull around and wait in the parking lot because they want their drive-through times to look fast, even though they’re not. Again as usual, my order was wrong and I had to drive through twice. And again, as usual, when I got home after driving through twice, my order was still wrong. I will drive 15 minutes past my house from now on to go to the other Wendy’s. This is ridiculous.

I normally do not eat fast food, but I was out & about and was starving.. So stopped by and ordered small burger, nuggets, fries, a drink and small frosty. For some reason, the burger meat taste different..not as juicy and fresh as I remember years ago...but it was fine since I was starving..The nuggets, fries, drink and frosty were good. The food was $5. The service was fast and the tables were very clean. I enjoyed my visit there and will return if I happen to be starving again while out and about.

I hate leaving negative reviews but after my fourth time using the mobile app and being missing food I have to say something. If you use the app and you go through the drive-thru, you best, check your bag before you leave. My last four visits I have been missing food that I have ordered all four times. After the first time, I figured out I better check the bags before I leave, which negates the benefit of going through the drive-thru. If I have to go in afterwards to get the food they didn't put in my bag. There was one other visit I will also mention, I ordered ahead about an hour as I was on the way from another city, when I picked up the order it was obvious that they made it immediately after I submitted it and it had been sitting for an hour. The website says they will prepare it when you pull up to the speaker, but that was not the case on that visit so I no longer order ahead and wait and pay when I'm pulling in the parking lot.

Clean front of house. Employees were friendly. Cheese on all three sandwiches at my table were cold. Breading on all three sandwiches at the table were cold. It was very cold in the store, maybe they were having HVAC issues. Very meh, a little worried about eating the burgers.

This is the worst Wendy’s they never make your food how you want it I have order loaded baked potatoes and receive a regular potato with nothing on it (3 times) I have order bacon cheese fries and they were cold and not how I asked (with barbecue sauce)

The food was decent considering it was 30 minutes before they closed. Staff was not very nice. Did not greet me, when I said thank you, the response I got was "uh huh". This happened several times has I thanked then when giving me my card back, handing me my drink, and after receiving my food. Service is fairly quick which was a good thing but the customer experience sucked.Parking: Small but never full.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly

I said no tomato & i got a huge tomato, they forgot my nuggets & was gone make me wait longer for more nuggets so they gave me 4 hard spicy nuggets won't event hot & they had no barbecue sauce , & the lady in the drive thru had an attitude because I was requesting for my correct order .. mumbling calling me names under breath all different types of disrespectful things & I was being polite about the order so I have no clue where the attitude came from, she even raised her voice at me , at 1 o'clock in the morning .. wouldn't think you'd have the energy to do all that.
