My wife and I were in their store on 7/13/23. Steve is one of the most down to earth men we have met in a potential customer / sales relationship. We had never been in their store before but, Lord willing, it won’t be the last time. We also met Lindsey briefly. She was equally friendly. Thanks Steve and Lindsey.

We have purchased several pieces from Waters Furniture. The customer service is phenomenal. Steve , Brent,Lindsey and Matt are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They give you the freedom to walk around the store, but they are available as needed. I love every piece we have purchased for our home and they will always be my go to local furniture store… if you’re worried about delivery…Don’t be. I enjoyed that experience as well and have never had a problem.Nice guys!

Lindsey is so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She helped me pick out just the right piece for our living room and coordinate colors. King Hickory is quality furniture and I am glad I can get that here. All of the staff welcome you when you walk in and genuinely want to help you. Can’t get that service most places.
