The current wait time to fill a prescription is over a week. We left a hospital surgery and had to wait a week to get her pain meds filled here. As of today I've waited three months for one prescription and three weeks for another. The pharmacist there is a great guy. Patient and knowledgeable, but the place is grossly understaffed. After years of being a customer, I am transferring my prescriptions elsewhere due to a myriad of issues from tardiness, improper billing, inflated prices, and restricted hours of operation. Basically the only way to get your medicine there is to wait weeks and leave work to pick it up during the few hours a day they are open. Premium location, crap decision making by manager or corporate. If you guys were looking for the tipping point, you've found it. My new pharmacy said they were gaining about three patients per day from that one store. Bye.

I don't get it, you make an appt for whatever vaccine, and you have to wait like 30-45 mins. The news daily is flu cases are on the rise, rsv is on the rise w/ youth, but the low and slow are the staff in getting ppl in and out quickly. If you observe the actions when you show up for your appt, it appears that they are oblivious to a good process or system. Not sure what's going on, but something needs to change. Not sure if other locations are like this. Whewwww!

This would be zero stars if that were an option. Other than a good location this is the absolute worst pharmacy. The pharmacy apparently only hires the rudest or laziest people they can find. This is only 1 of MONTHLY situations I've had here. Today I called and was on hold for 47 minutes and then they disconnected the phone. I called back and waited another 36 minutes. The tech said my medication was out of stock but yet it was on auto fill and due 2 days ago. She suggested I call around to other Walgreens in Greenville to see if they had it!! What?!? It was on auto fill and no one even notified me. They said they were too busy. Like I said, only the location is good. The people working could careless and they're horrible to deal with! It's nearly impossible to even transfer prescriptions from there. The hours are ridiculous. I have to take vacation time just to pick up before 5! I told one girl I requested a refill on the app and she suggested that I come in person to request a refill and request to stay until it's filled, otherwise I probably wouldn't get it! Ridiculous!

Not once since I started get my prescriptions here have they ever actually been ready when they were supposed to be. I usually have to visit the store, ask for it in person, and then be told its not ready, even if it was days after it was supposed to be ready. The literally don't fill your script until you come and demand it in person. This particular Walgreens above all others, is to be avoided.

The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Stood there waiting for a couple of prescription to be filled after it was sent over hours prior. Was told to wait 10 minutes and they'd finish filling the last one. Waited for 30 minutes and asked was it filled and it had been filled but they didn't bother to tell me! Then when I got to the counter ready to pay, the pharmacist and tech began having this passive aggressive argument and told me to hold on while they finished arguing. The tech then had an attitude and kept rolling her eyes. Then today they filled my prescription but didn't bother to send the text alert or phone call to let me know it was filled! I called to check on it and the unprofessional girl that answered had an attitude with me like I wasn't doing my job. Now I've had to call the 24hr Walgreens and drive across town to pick up medication that I NEED because you all close at 5! This entire pharmacy needs a complete overhaul of its staff and the upper management needs to fix this place. Taking my business elsewhere and I'm going to corporate because the last 3 times of dealing with this place has been absolute trash!

I agree with previous review. Extremely inconvenient pharmacy hours. Tried to pick up after work at 5 but pharmacy closEd. Now here on my lunch break standing in line as the 5 person! And 3 people waiting in the Covid line and 3 more people waiting in chairs. Good thing I don't eat lunch! They really need to open back up after 5 for those of that WORK.

Your new pharmacy hours 9am to 5pm are the most inconvenient pharmacy hours I have seen. Notification of these changes wasn't done. I went tonight and got there as soon as I could after work, 445pm went inside and was told they wouldn't be helping anyone else because they have to close at 5pm. If I miss my medicine there are terrible repercussions, I was just told to transfer them to another location. Thank God the one on Old Tar road is a rock star and was able to have what I needed. I'll be transferring my meds there. Avoid this location if you can.

Their pharmacy is the absoloute worse, if you have multiple cars in the waiting line you dont just walk away
