I usually don't leave reviews on anything unless it was either really great or just plain awful. I had sent off my college documents and not only did they lose it but they offered no way of returning it or figuring out who had it last when delivering. There was a return address on that letter and yet they never gave it back. It's really unacceptable so in terms of important documents, just go somewhere else to make sure it gets delivered.

Why do I get junk mail but three times my mail from the DMV has gone missing?? There's no accountability for the Post office. The supervisor at this post office is a very nice lady. Nothing she can do about the difficulty in receiving mail. I have heard that you can file a police report for theft.

Now I think about how long I’ve been waiting been 4-8 years now still no news,no signs or nothing about my 2023s tax papers and tax income check my business didn’t get paid yet so you know they’ll have to owe me 2018-2023 tax income checks and tax papers I know this a problem definitely need to be repaired and you can’t give multiple reviews either so you’ll have to edit your first review to make more recent everything about it needs to be repaired to.

I have mail forwarded every summer vacation. Or that’s what is promised to me. Family checks my mail box regularity, and there is ALWAYS mail in there, tons of mail. I have been late with tax payments, missed invitations, you name it. Someone drops the ball EVERY YEAR. The lady who works there, named Angela, is super ghetto and made a scene when I asked for one piece of tape. She told me to “buy my own tape” while yelling. She has 0 customer service. She then told me to go to another post office because she didn’t want to “deal with me.” I find it very unprofessional that she also reeked of weed. She’s also very obnoxious and made me feel like I was stupid. I seriously will never go here again. No one should bring someone else’s day down on purpose like that. This is proof that the world isn’t filled with kindness anymore. Angela, I pray for you!

I wish I could leave negative 0 review. They are the absolute worst. Time and time again my so called package was delivered in parcel but no key. Time and time I was told an investigation would happen to get my package back and nothing comes from it. It is getting so old that you pay for something and they give it away to someone else. They don't do anything about recovering the packages they loose nor do they care. I rather my stuff come from UPS or FedEx or someone else because at least it gets to me. They are incompetent and worthless and don't know how to do a job. If you can't read and do the bare minimum of school education this isn't the job for you.

None of the staff members in this post office (except the mailman coming to our neighborhood) are friendly or professional so I always go to another location as long as I have no other options available. The staff in this location really needs some customer service trainings. The postoffice on 10th Street provides superb service all the time so this Winterville staff should go there and learn what the best customer service is.

This is the worst Post Office, there is no customer service. 4 years ago told me to get a bin to put on my porch for my packages and they refuse to use it. They have been told by higher up they have to use it. I called today and was told again I just need to move out of the area because they are tired of dealing with me. If they would just deliver my packages to the bin I wouldn't have to make complaints. Also, make sure your employees have the proper identification when delivery the mail.

I would give fewer stars if I could! Once again, someone else’s package was delivered to my door. I tried calling the post office SIX times this morning to ask them to get it & redeliver it. They kept disconnecting me. So I’ll drop the package in the mail & maybe they’ll get it right next time! NOT MY JOB to schlep misdirected packages to the PO, or run around trying to deliver it to the right person!

I've always had great service. Mail delivery is consistent. If I have to use the Post Office, staff has always been very friendly and helpful. No complaints form me. Thanks for doing a super job!
