Horrible all the time. My mom has our phone with them, well over 18 years. Recently this location has tried to scam her multiple times. The most recent a payment was made- when she checked the receipt she saw that they only put $200 not the $305 payment she made. And they tired to blame her saying she didn’t tell them it was $305. They “went in the back to count the money” of course it was found. So check your receipts.

I switched to the U S cellular 4 years back and never had any problem. Then my whole family switched to U S cellular family plan. It’s always a problem to switch from old carrier to the new carrier. But the sales rep name Ralph, hope I wrote his name right, made it smoother for us. He was so patient and went above and beyond. I wish I can give him 10 stars.

I had to call the store twice to help my parents do what they had complete authority to do in their own. One employee refuses to leave the discount on our account (corporate later confirmed that the discount was to stay) and then told my parents he would not help them upgrade. The staff is condescending. This used to be the best US Cellular store in the area. It no longer is. Stay away, or perhaps they will refuse to serve you too.

I’ve been having problems with my phone for a good while & decided it needed to be corrected. Visited US Cellular & was very fortunate to have Montana Harris assist me with my concerns. It took quite a while & I must say he was very knowledgeable & professional. It was possibly the best service I’ve seen at any company.

I came in to repair my LG Stylo 6, turns out. LG stopped making phones in April 2021!!!!!! Thankfully, Montana explained every detail of the new promotion that expires 8/17/21. His professionalism, determination, presentation & outstanding customer service brought me to my decision to take advance of the promotion. Even after the system crashed!! I'm glad that I did. This is the ONLY US CELLULAR STORE THAT I TRUST. Thank You, Montana?????

I have had problems with my phone and came in US Cellular on Memorial to get assistance. Montana helped me and he was awesome!!! He was extremely patient,very knowledgeable and fixed all my problems!!! He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. Also. Alah was also very kind and knowledgeable. I WILL be back here. Service was top moth by these guys.
