Have had a storage with them for years now, best prices & storage units. Always clean, secure and the owners are awesome. I won't go anywhere else for a storage unit in eastern NC...large united & headache free. A++++

RATS AND SNAKES!!!I’m letting whatever is in that storage unit go. I opened it up a few months ago and there were two dead mice in there. I went back a few days later to get some sentimental items and was pulling the door up... a big black snake was inside my particular unit and slithered away all over my stuff. I assume it was a rat snake, considering. I quickly pulled the door down and locked it. That’s just ridiculous, no wonder they have you sign a paper in the beginning saying “They’re not responsible... blah blah blah”They already know!!

We've used this place a few times as my son attends at ECU. This time it was his responsibility to send the August payment and he sent cash wrapped up in printer paper with his name on it. We received a “late†notice and now I've written a check for him. Don't use cash here. Always verify your payment.
