Mattress warehouse is the number place to get your item .I was the winterville location and had to get some time urgently for a friend who had a situation
I met the most awesome sales representative, I think John is the name he took care of our needs, and he listened .
If you ever want bedding, go see this guy is service is great .

Prepare yourself as if you were about to enter a car dealership. Felt very uncomfortable and caught off guard by how car salesman these guys were. Let me shorten everything you need to know before buying here. These are all details and or deceptions I dug out during my game of chess with these two guys so you don't have to:
1. If you buy a mattress over $1,000, shipping is FREE.
2. You aren’t getting a discount on the mattress topper (if they tell you that they’ll give you one or you already get one, SIKE!)
3. Price matching means they only price match their own stores “special sales”.
4. You must buy a mattress topper to get the 100-day comfort exchange (roughly $220-$300+).
5. They refuse to give you a breakdown of pricing before you swipe the card!!
6. Don’t walk away from the screen or they will try to cover their deceptions!!
7. If they tell you that you don’t need a box spring, you need a box spring.
8. If they sell you a frame, double-check check they put in their own products correctly.
DISCLAIMER: Ty tried to call and see what they could do to make things right. At the end of the day, the last thing I want to do is deal with these airheads again. GO DOWN to the GREENVILLE location where you’ll get scammed just a little less.

Ty here at Mattress Firm- an Indecisive Girl’s dream, really took the time to explain the pros and cons of each mattress. Great customer service with the patience of a saint. Introduced the price lock feature so that I can take my time and ponder a little longer with no pressure, no rush.

My husband and I went in to buy a couple of pillows. The sales people were wonderful and treated us as if we were there to buy an expensive mattress. Spent time telling us about different ones and were extremely knowledgeable. We also received a great price. Thank you Johnny and Mike!

Ty was a very nice and polite salesman that help me to get a new I didn't know where to start so he showed me and guilded to the right matters and I walked out with a smile on my face he is really awesome
