Someone needs to correct the people who play the lottery in this location because they literally think they are top priority. Had two people cut me in line and the man behind me waving his lottery ticket in my face as if he was next in line.

Very dissatisfied with cashier. I went inside to make my gas purchase due to handy mart rewards card not working at pump. I went inside to pay for purchase ,cashier ring up purchase and I said my rewards card not working outside. I took card and zap for reduce price per gallon to Come up. I went back outside to pump and notice that the price was nor reduce went back inside and cashier stated I reduce the price but it will not show up on the pump. I said the pump price is incorrect, it is not reduce price. He then said yes I reduce but it will not show outside. Only inside. This cashier was out right lying and it was bad customer service and I will not purchase at thus station again. I also had to to back inside a 3rd time to get this gas attendant to turn the pump on. SMH incompetent employee

Do not go to this place. They have skimmers on almost every single pump!!!!!

Employee parked in handicapped spot off the clock. States he didn't know it was a handicap spot. Poor employee and immoral human. No pictures but I do have video with the employee talking to me and the obvious marking for the spot. Also left his cigarette pack upon his exodus which I do have a pic of. I can't imagine buying any kind of food from a store with such sloppy employees with no regard for customers or aesthetics.

Stopped in Christmas night after being on the road for a couple of hours. Our 6 year old needed to use the restroom. My husband took him in and the clerk refused to let him use it claiming the rest rooms were “closed for cleaning” . She was extremely rude and had an attitude. So, we left drove 2 minutes down the road to their competition (Sheetz) used the rest room and spent our money there. We will never stop again at this Handy Mart.

Rena was so awesome, I went in she had her mask on, im hearing impaired she was very patient, then my chip didnt worksled she pull her mask down and help me make my purchase, she was very patient n respectful!

I'm the blue/greened haired girl Emily that used to work there. The new manager Kelsey, was harassing me. I reported it, and for that got transferred to the Kinston store. The manager there, let me take the week off until everything with HR was handled. Then I was called and told "I quit" so they basically fired me and are saying it's my fault. Because I make an HR claim. I'm so sorry everyone is having a bad experience now.

This place has gone so downhill what happened to the really nice girls in there the ones in there now have terrible attitudes and cuss right in front of customers will start stopping somewhere else
