The fact they they get EVERYTHING FOR FREE and I still got overcharged is upsetting. They had no bags but I didn't find that out until I was ready to checkout. The lady told me I either had to Buy one of their bags or carry my stuff out loose, which was unbelievable. They should have given those bags away for free. Reciprocate the generosity they've been shown. I had to go to my car to get bags. I came back in, and my stuff was rang up. This is when I was overcharged. I didn't notice until I got home. It was a couple of dollars, but that's not the point. I shouldn't have been overcharged at all. This was a disappointing experience.
What's hard to digest is that this store is run on pure profit and they still don't have enough staff. I waited 3 mins to check out. No bags. I was overcharged. Smh. They can and should do better! This behavior screams greedy for profits to me.

Decent customer service and great prices. Not always well organized but they have a good selection of movies.

I always have loved to go to GCF. But now by them having a sign up ‘All items are as is’, makes me think twice in purchasing appliances, electronics, or things as small as a wall clock. My only problem with this is them pricing and selling an item that doesn’t work. I was told that everything that is donated to them is not checked. Well then how can they put such a high price on them no knowing if they work or not? I mean how long would it take to test a lamp or tv? Or just to put a battery in a clock! Ain’t nobody want to pay $20 for a pressure cooker to get home and it don’t work really!

My trip to this goodwill was not blessed.There were lots of clothes. I thought some of their furniture was reasonably priced. I thought the home section was not.But goodwill has been hit or Miss for me. Ample parking and convenient location behind sheetz. The store is very clean and organized.

nice workers, but the prices are so over mostly for everything !! Even though they receive free donations constantly, like furniture, clothes, Hand tools, and home appliances, also there are a lot of empty boxes on many shelves all the time, sadly.. It seems that there are a lot of thefts with no supervision or interest from the branch management. it still a nice store,, but you will not find a good price compare with other stores.

Great staff, personable and kind! Store is always stocked and staff are hard at work stocking or checking people out. Great teamwork with lines and price checks. I'm always greeted kindly. They are accommodating and follow ADA rules when I shop with my medical alert service dog. Safe place to shop, outstanding customer service.

Dunno what happened here but I t appears to be the last stop for a lot of stuff before it heads to the junk yard. Management issues or weak labor force - wonder which gets the blame. Save your time and go somewhere else.

It was ok. The manager was very rude to my sister. She over talked the young lady at the register. It is obvious that she is not use to being in a position of authority. Manger is not supposed to equal jerk.

The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. My number one complaint is they have very few carts and one must ask for one. They probably don't have more than five at the most. It makes shopping for someone like me, who has a bad back very difficult. I don't know why they don't understand that people will buy more if they have a cart instead of those baskets only.
