Having pets since I was a young boy, I can honestly say that the Firetower Animal Clinic is in a league all its own. I've done multiple reviews on this facility, and I will continue to give five stars. Rudy is now a senior canine which in itself presents new health issues. My wife noticed a spot on his back which had an odor. She took him in, once again, as a walk-in. The Staff worked him in to be seen. Sure enough, what we suspected was ringworm was verified. He also had a bloodshot eye. Medication was prescribed and Rudy went home. Please support this facility! You won't be disappointed.

Overall, it was okay! I needed help.with a cat I found, but instead of getting help and encouragement, Nancy kept telling me that I couldn't do it. So I ultimately ended up surrendering the cat, but why not tell me what I should do instead of telling me that I can't do it? I would have kept the cat and done my best with the proper guidance if I didn't have to go out of town this week, that is the only reason why I didn't keep the cat. I'm not sure how me explaining that I was calling people I know for assistance made Nancy feel like I'm incapable to care for the cat, but hey it is what it is I just know if I ever find another cat if I see Nancy I'm going the other way because she is judgmental and I was just asking for and seeking help on what I should do, but instead I was met with judgment by way of being told what I can't do and she doesn't know me and what I can or can't do! I left feeling defeated!

Changed veterinarians for obvious reasons, the most up to date reason is I and our new vet asked for Graces tooth X-ray. The one that said she needed her tooth pulled asap. 500.00 later, the tooth was fine. Law requires Veterinarians to hold charts X-rays 3-5 years. This is 6 months. Three different stories on one phone call. We are going to mail them, we don't have them, you have them.....ANYWAY, two weeks later our veterinarian received a X-ray of our deceased dog head. I. REST. MY. CASE.

Went with a twelve year old sick pup. Vomiting lost 12 lbs, could not keep water or food down. I was told i wasnt feeding him enough, give him 4 cups and to keep up the good work, he looks great. WTF I then take him to Points east and he was diagnosed with Mega esophagus and pneumonia. i left two Email messages and spoke with an employee the next am. My dog is very sick, I need to speak with someone. Please Call me back.Being the mama bear that I am I left a message at 730 pm demanding i need someone to call me back, to be truthful i left a somewhat " colorful " message to no one in particular. The next day they told me not to come back. Today i had to send my sweet sweet pup to Rainbow Bridge. RUN if you go in with a sick dog who lost alot of weight and can not eat. Achilles was sicker longer because of them. He had zero chance. What kind of vet turns away a dying

I've been here 3x now - once to establish an appointment, once for grooming, and unfortunately once for an urgent reason. All appointments during COVID. Each time has been top tier with receptionists, techs, vets, being attentive and treating my dog with compassion and me with respect! Dr Ashlan has been top tier and especially Lauren, the groomer, who worked so well with my dog. She did a great cut on him (his first at 9 months) and was so patient with him being antsy and anxious. Great job to this place! 10/10 recommend!

Due to Covid they have obvious restrictions and it's handled in a very organized manner. The ladies upfront are so sweet and kind and definitely will be returning!!!!

Thank you for all the hard work you've put in to make a vet visit during COVID as healthy & easy as possible for my cat & I. Everything was so organized & seamless when I came in on Saturday (9/5).

I've been a customer of Firetower Animal Clinic for nearly five years. As far as my pets go, I'm pretty much the crazy dog mom. I can't imagine navigating the medical issues that I've experienced with my pets without the incredible staff at FAC. I've been through everything from a simple bath to having to navigate the loss of my dog, and to say that everyone was wonderful is an understatement. It's hard to find a vet you can trust, but Dr. Denmark and Dr. Smith at Firetower are two of the absolute best you'll ever meet.

I was there yesterday 9/9/19... I am actually beyond frustrated that the staff that handled my cat suggested a test and didn't tell me that the test was going to cost 180+ dollars. I wanted it done... But, I was blindsided at checkout by the bill and was really frustrated. Staff members who handled my cat were great, but I am severely frustrated that I wasn't given warning that this test was so expensive.

I can't explain how amazing this animal clinic is! They made putting my cat to sleep so much easier than I thought!! I picked her up today and the beautiful urn and the paw prints in the clay had me crying my eyes out!! I also got seeds to put in my garden!! Thanks to everyone who works there!! You all are very special people!!
