  Went to buy some alcohol while I'm on vacation. Just to find out the store clerks know nothing about laws and rules. Some how they won't accept passport which is Legal & Federal Issued documentation, proof of identification. She didn't even bother looking at calling over her manager which she didn't even bother reviewing either.. smh 🤦🏽 saying they only accept State issued identification... how brain dead are these employees.. I dont drive so so don't need a driver license. so if you go to France and want to drink wine. You're OK to get told "sorry we only accept French IDs." 🤦🏽 I feel discriminated.. cause I know if I denied then in Mexico they throw a tantrum 😒😒 Circle K .. teach yo employees better..

  Just good to buy gas.I did not stop for food or drinks.but it looks to be great if and when I have to get food or something to drink.

  300% markup , everything! On top of that, pricing is way hoodoo , they fool you by marking price one way and when you get to the register it's supposed to be part of some obnoxious deal, 2 frozen sandwich and small drink...$11. the Burger is nasty no taste,FALSE ADVERTISING From hell,they advertise WING'S AND NEVER HAVE THEM

  staff could not have been lazier. paid to stand behind the counter and hold it up. mngr wouldn’t even actually help, just stood there and told me how to do her job myself. i don’t go for self checkout. store was disgusting and filthy, drink machine was dingy and half the “fresh food” looked repulsive and stale. again mngr just standing not doing anything.

  Trying to understand the lack of customer service lately EVERYWHERE!! Managers TRAIN your employees!!I haven’t been here since they put in their new self checkout. The lady I seen using was having all kinds of issues. They had to move her to the other self checkout because it wouldn’t work for her. Then she continued to need help.So I’m standing there.. waiting to be helped, since I am getting a tobacco product. The lady never says a word to me, another customer lady is at the only open register with a scratch off .. just standing there. So I watch this guy in front of me get a pack of New Ports.. from the lady behind the counter.Then she says.. “everyone sees these self checkouts and won’t use them and they just wanna sit there and stare at me..”.. so I replied.. “well I need a tobacco product, that’s why I’m not using them”… I tell her what I need as the lady with scratch offs moves out of the way and apologizes. I say to the worker.. “I don’t know where I am supposed to stand.”, she replies “over there at the self checkout”.. I say “even for tobacco? I can ring myself up for something I can’t get?” She said “yeah”.. I said “oh I didn’t know that, most places you have to go to the register to get tobacco products”… and she says “yeah”. I made my purchase and thanked her like a human would.Acknowledging me as a customer for one would’ve helped her understand why I was standing there looking at her. Asking me if I need assistance would also be a way to use actual customer service.But next time I’ll just go to sheetz like I normally do.. I was just being lazy since I have to pick up Taco Bell.

  I've enjoyed looking forward to stopping by my Circle K in Winterville n.c everyday for my Sip and SAVE drink snacks and gas since I joined your sip and save deal but I am very disappointed in Circle K for raising the price from $5.99 to $9.99 why such a drastic increase??

  A little trouble getting my EasyPay card accepted at the pump. Eventually got it to work, it was just slow. Gas price is competitive with Sam's Club, and I never have to wait. Sam's generally has a line when I go there.

  My wife purchased $76 in gas. 1 Day later our Minivan was sputtering and having motor issues. When we had it towed to the dealership to see what was wrong, the shop manager said it was a tank of full gas. When she called to speak to the Circle K manager she go the run around. I attempted to contact the corporate customer service # and it kept dumping me into a voice mail. This station has cost my family $670 in repairs over a bad tank of gas. If it was possible to give a Negative Star rating I would. I would highly caution any one using this station.

  Walked in here at 7am. Was asked to put on a mask. For what?! It's not mandatory and some medical conditions don't call for it. Her and the Black lady at the counter started complaining about how you can't help everybody. Who are you Jesus?! Mind your business. What I choose to do with me and my family is my business. No one can force anyone to bwear a mask.

  I walk in this place and the lady respectfully says wheres my mask i tell her i have a health issue preventing me from wearing one she then begins to talking smack and even ask me whos my doctor and i terrogating me like im suppose to answer those questions by state law this lady treated me differently because i am unlucky and not able to wear a mask and i will be bringing a descrimination lawsuit against this kangaroo i hope the owners contact me soon as this was the worst ive ever been treated and having a crimibal justice degree i am very knowledgable in the laws...this woman TINA who claimed to be a manger was unprofessional amd very rude and unethical ill also be contacting corporate. When i said mam the laws are public knowledge and she looked at me and went pshhh....rude vwry rude and discriminatory

  This claims to be a 24 hour location however I just stopped by and there is a sign on the door that they are closed for 1 hour to clean. What gas station does that? Never seen that before.
