Anytime I need help the staff go above and beyond.I had trouble with the insurance on my washer/dryer and the mangers and Ms Wanda went to battle for me till it was fixed.recently Tyisia helped me find Exactly the chair I wanted and also search for another item I showed her I was searching for.Happy to say I get my new chair AND she found a piece of furniture very close to what I want.thinking of going to get it.Thanking all the staff.I have met some others and feel bad I don't know their names,but they are great friendly people too.yes right through the front doors to the loading dock.

I have ordered from here in person before, and posted a review before, and sent their support team an email, and have never got a response. Never.I ordered a king size bed set with the dressers, mirror, all the works, and we have the warranty for it being newly bought. they are all in boxes, loaded up for us, when we get home to unbox them, the frame is wooden- and was broken. you cant fix the part where it is broken, its the side of the bed where all the weight goes.one of the dressers was also broken, a drawer wouldnt budge, so i go behind it to unscrew it to find the issue... and its missing parts behind it! i took picture and videos to show badcock people, and asked for replacement. the manager woman got mad at us for this, and told us no. we told her its still under the warranty, but she refused still. i came back with the drawer in hand and showed her what was wrong with this drawer, and she tells me to leave or she will call the cops on me.You want quality furniture, then this is not the place for you.as for the people who respond to google reviews, i went to your emails, your sites, and have sent a messege, and have never heard from anyone. as far as im concerned, it seems more like a scam than a business.

Ms. Kayla Knight (Sales Associate) was AMAZING to work with. From the moment I walked into the store she was professional, personable and attentive to my every need. She was very helpful and even viewed my new home floor plans with me to determine the best furniture fit and matching accessories. I plan to look for Kayla anytime I need furniture needs at Badcock. Amazing experience.I am looking forward to receiving my furniture next month in a timely manner.

She was very knowledgeable about the product and has 7 years experience in the business...
She made my experience enjoyable even though she was swamped with customers that day her customer service skill made me feel like I was the only one in the store...

The salespersons are very rude and un cooperative. They Love to give you the run around. Been dealing with this since April 2023. No matter what I did to get my Lazy Boy Rocker recliner re-padded they would not do it. It was out of warranty. They sent me the materials but would not send the guy to fix it. Go figure. Will never buy another piece of furniture there ever again. They will lie straight to your face. Been a customer for years but no more. This is the store in New Bern, N.C.

I recently visited Badcock to shop for a sectional and was quite disappointed with the service. Although I understand that the store was busy and I patiently waited my turn, the lack of prompt attention from Miss TY left me frustrated. Her repeated assurances of "one second" and "I'm coming" were not fulfilled, and it's important for me that commitments are honored.I've been a loyal customer of Badcock, purchasing multiple items over the years, but this experience has led me to decide not to do business with them again. Customer service should be about upholding one's word, and this failure was unacceptable.Disheartened by this experience, I took my business to Aaron's, where I was treated with respect, as I have been many times before. My advice to Miss TY would be to consider a role that doesn't require multitasking and honoring commitments.Signed,A regular, now ex-buyer!

After ordering online l went to the local store (124 Beacon Drive Winterville) to confirm the order. Tyesha French ( Sales Associate ) was helpful in confirming my order and setting up delivery. She was patient and pleasant.
