Went here for an inspection they said 30 minutes waited 1 hour and they never came out of the garage. Finally left. Not friendly and poor service and communication.

Auto Zoom takes care of our general maintenance-oil changes and tire rotations, periodic maintenance-timing belts, water pumps, belts, tires, etc., plus makes sure that all our vehicles are getting the safe, long lasting road miles we so appreciate and enjoy. Handles all our rides maintenance needs from oil changes to tires. Was just in there first thing this morning for a state inspection. In and out in no time. Great people and great prices

I needed an oil change and tire rotation on short notice so I called to see if they could fit me in. Kevin was great on the phone and said they could get to me that morning. After dropping off car Kevin called back to advise me that my tires really needed replacing and it wouldn't really be worth rotating. I had not noticed but HE WAS RIGHT. So I save the cost of unnecessary rotation and will be back for tires and other services because I feel comfortable they are looking out for my safety and my budget. Highly recommend.

These people don’t keep their word. If a person doesn’t honor their word, that’s a lack of integrity in my book. In my opinion, take your vehicle somewhere else!

I've been going to auto zoom for years. best place in Pitt county to have your car worked on. the entire staff is amazing and is always helpful and will never try to up sale on anything. highly recommend if you need anything done to your vehicle you take it here. if I could give it more than a 5 star review i would.

Warning, do not come to this place. You will get your car repaired so you think only to find out the original problem wasn’t fixed and they try to charge you more money. Never again!
