Really exceptional repair work and excellent communication from this enterprise. My SUV is 9 years old. It was involved in side swipe accident that damaged left side of vehicle. Front and rear fenders and front and rear doors had to be repaired/replaced. Due to vehicle's age, parts had to be sourced from non-OEM manufacturers. Ari (the owner) told me that this might take a little longer than normal as he wanted to find an original part that was the same color as my vehicle. This is highly desirable for reasons I won't go into, but is indicative of the care and quality of the work that Worldwide exhibits. I was told by my insurance claims agent that the repair estimate would take a few days to get approval from my insurer. Ari sent his estimate and photos of damage to the agent and it was approved in less than 24 hours. Ravi's estimate of 4 weeks to complete the repairs was conservative because he doesn't like to over promise customers. He finished the work in 3 weeks.
A neighbor saw the SUV the day I brought it back from the shop, and asked if I had gotten a new car. It really did look that good. I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received and am glad to rate Ravi's operation as a 5-star shop.

Worldwide Auto Body is #1 in EXCELLENT service, quality work with highly skilled professionals and it shows in the superior workmanship. I needed a repair on my Toyota Sienna, visited several body shops before I chose them. They were the most professional, friendly, honest, and did an amazing job on my Toyota. Ravi and Christine rate a solid 10!!! They are the BEST.

I was very happy with Ravi and his crew at Worldwide auto body 2. This company is a great place to take your car to get fixed. I been to this Worldwide auto body 3 times for the this time to have my new bumper put on and my new grill put on as well. They are great people and I would recommend them.

This company is by far the best body shop I have worked with. I wanted a few things done to my bmw such as blackening out the chrone, adding a new spoiler, painting the front grilland partial painting the rims. I was more than pleased. They did an outstanding job .

Bad experience and 5 star reviews are wrong. This place doesn’t care for you or your vehicle. My vehicle is still damaged from this place all I get is the runaround to get it fixed. Not sure I’d let them fix it at this point knowing how they do things around there. Rav and Christina are not good business people they destroyed my brand new car 22’. Example of how bad the work and service went with new car now my trunk leaks very badly when rains they were notified of this and nothing done just told to wait and come back from them always putting stuff of also then wanting me to pay out of pocket for a rental from them not having an account set up with rental company which isn’t my fault or responsibility for their damages to my vehicle. Bad business among other issues with my vehicle after picking up lots more pictures of damage on yelp. Don’t let the 5 stars fool you this place is not it. Hats off to the Worldwide Auto Body for stellar customer service and vehicle satisfaction! I have had my vehicle for 24 years without a scratch. Hubby backed my Tahoe into our mailbox and I was in absolute trepidation with the thought behind that it would never be the same as it was before. I perused through websites looking for that "Five-Star" legit customers who had actual body work done on their vehicles. I searched for several days and found Worldwide Auto Body. I was professionally welcomed by Christine, who operates the front office (sweet lady); where I met the owner, Mr. Ravi. I showed Mr. Ravi the damage to my Tahoe and I can say this; he listened to every detail I covered regarding getting my Tahoe back to my original condition in which I didn't think could be done. No rush, no sales pitch. Time was not of the essence for me; only that RESULTS are what mattered. Mr. Ravi is genuine and the work presented demonstrates he backs his word. It also tells me Mr. Ravi is honest and takes the time to listen to what it is his customers are wanting and expecting from his company and the experience he brings to the table.When I received my Tahoe, I was blown away by how PROFESSIONAL it looked! It exceeded my expectations. It looked like I just drove it off the showroom floor! Neither dents nor two-tone colors whatsoever; the colors were an EXACT MATCH; considering we're talking about a 24 year old Tahoe!! The DEEP carve that extended the entire length of the Tahoe was nowhere to be seen!! Smooth and Flawless!!Worldwide Auto Repair's mission is to provide Stellar Service to their customers (which they delivered) while maintaining professionalism at all times. This alone should be an all inclusive experience for the consumer who trusts this company with their automobile. Took car to get repaired after I was hit. Took forever to get back accident was in July didn't get back till September then had to go right back in and didn't officially get it back till October and work wasn't finished or done correctly. Had a horrible paint sanding smell nothing was done about that. Still there. Worst when heat is on. Also made me sick couldn't drive car for over a month. Still bad but can take it better than at first still makes a little sick from breathing in whatever's going on. Also the dust and paint was all inside car and vents. Lots of rough welds and spots that can easily be seen outside of areas work was done. Car was brand new when arrived still had plastics on inside where no damage was done or where they mostly needed to be in and when I get car back it's all taken off and messed with. Car had white residue under hood never got cleaned also they let my battery die and just recharged it never replaced from them letting it drain dead. Back up camera got messed up from over spray or sanding trunk was all roughly welded and un painted also trunk is leaking water. Everything I had in there for work and whatnot got destroyed from mildew and mold, did and nothing is done about it and no one's been in touch. I have to keep contacting then and rav or whoever keeps down playing and putting it off. Came one day to get a rental and the send me to hertz without an account and expected me to pay for a rental while they did work they they messed up on. Still waiting for them to correct issues still heard nothing, unless I call and even then it's nothing. Really bad business to bring your new car 22" new and get work done by a company and leaving and it's worse than when it came in. Owner gets verbally combative when bringing up issues as if hadn't been waiting since last year to get corrected. Nothing in good faith was done here also was told person that worked on my vehicle is no longer there which makes it more known to me that they neglectfully messed up my vehicle. With lack of assurance that it's fixed. Car was given back on pick up day in this condition and some. Still not corrected as I've given body shop ample time. Was told to bring car back in month or so to let it air out from smell which I should t have had to do or be told all was told that to let Paint settle or something is what I was told for them to repaint and fix areas effected. It's been over 4 months nothings fixed and when was attempted to fix it was done in a very crappy way. For example car was cleaned as told but when can visible see that it hasn't it's paint dust or sanding dust residues everywhere inside and out. Really ridiculous and I'm tired and over waiting for them to do right. This review is to warn you from the fake 5star reviews. This place definitely isn't that. Christina and rav have not been good during this. Bad business. Sucks it had to take me to write a review as wasn't planning on it but this is too much and had to be know for others not to fall to this lackadaisical mess they're on with acknowledgment of all the issues and nothing to be done. Can't even get in to get a rental cause they can't set one up. They want me to pay for one out for pocket for the damage they've caused and that's not happening nor am I leaving my car without one for days on days for I have to get to work. Nor do I feel comfortable leaving my car again as this will be the 3rd time if I do leave or hear from them to bring back (which I haven't) main concern was the loss of the new car Ameer and the horrid smell that was replaced. Nothing never got done about that also bigger issues was found when it rained still nothing. Badly handled by worldwide not acceptable.

Was in an accident, body work was done so well! Customer service was excellent. Had an issue right after I left the shop, Christine sent out someone immediately to check on me and followed me back to shop. Super satisfied with the work and care.
