Have been taking my 2 canines to Dr. Schill & Dr. Hoffman for many years. One of my canines crossed The Rainbow Bridge on 6/23. The whole staff including Dr. Schill could not have been more compassionate with lots of hugs & tears....an awesome staff who is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my canines to any other vet office.

Dr. Hoffman and Dr. Schill are amazing vets. Very knowledgeable and always on top of giving my dogs the most appropriate treatment needed at the time of our visit. I have been using Winston Vet for over 10 years, having two dogs under their care. I totally trust them and highly recommend. Your pet will have excellent care under Dr. Hoffman and Dr. Schill

Need a new office manager, Stacey isn't cutting it. Need new doctors, Hoffman doesn't care how his staff acts and the female is beyond rude. Needs new owners because this place is dirty, rude, not time respectful. I could go on but let's wrap it up and say I wouldn't take any animal here again.

I wish zero stars were an option. I'm trying to be professional but realistically, this place is nasty. Dried blood on Office floor, dirty restroom, no one took COVID precautions, staff is rude, they're are so many things I could say, not to mention they misdiagnosed my Doberman when she had a life threatening stomach turn, said she had gas and sent her home, ended up in an emergency vet that night with a 5,000 vet bill. To be honest, I recommend just finding another vet that actually listens and looks into the issue rather than brushing things off. Doctor Hoffman and his staff need some serious help.

I went in to do a vet checkup with my yorkie, my appointment was at 8am they took her back at 9:43 but the time I waited wasn't the issue, for me it's the fact that when they came out to me they informed me my girl had a gash on her because one of the employees dogs had gotten loose in the office, with COVID we can't go inside and I was already hesitant but then I find out my yorkie has to have stitches because a big dog bit her I'm irate, I can't believe the carelessness and negligence that goes on in this office, they did her stitches that shouldn't have even had to have for free, but told me pain medication wasn't necessary so if I wanted it I had to pay. This place should be closed down. I highly recommend you never take your animal here. I have called my lawyer today to see if there's anything that can happen any sooner to get this place out of business

I had an appointment to get my dogs ears cropped. After waiting 4 weeks for my apt, the day arrives, I ask for show ears ( longer cut ) well my dogs ears look like a pit... this was a Doberman... as much as I love my dog, I paid 2500 for a dog who's ears can never be fixed. I don't recommend Doctor Hoffman at all. Not to mention the wait time is outrageous, my apt was at 8:30 they took me back at 9:45, customer service was awful, Stacey and Kate were so rude to me it was unbelievable. If you value you're dogs look and time don't go!

I've taken all my fur babies to Winston Vet for 25 years; the staff and doctors are the kindest folks. It is apparent that they not only love animals, and know what they are doing medically, but they understand the bond between pet parent and pet is a tender one. I've had to "let go" of a few of my pets and I cry a LOT! Dr. Schill has been a gentle support during these difficult moments. Dr. Hofmann gave me the best advice about when to put my favorite cat (with kidney failure) to "sleep": "When her eyes stop shining when you walk into the room, she's ready to go."
