The facility is Open ..They have nice new workout machines..You have your own Spray bottle to keep and use until the end of workout sessions!!

I hve used all of our Ys in Winston-Salem & this one is small but so very peaceful. They hve the same up to date workout equipment as the larger Ys...the staff is very kind, walk by to check on me during my workout , always very clean, I'm going to continue to use this one more!!!!!
