Completely not satisfied with our visit, have bought serval dresses in the past there and loved them so took my sister homecoming shopping. The workers were no help and then we checked out they proceeded to put her shoes and dress in the same back not even hanging it up. I have never had that happen at any dress store. So we ask for a dress bag and the girl slammed it on the table and both of the girls gave us extremely rude looks. Not happy.

Love the clothes and prices but I don’t know how management can get so many girls, that are always in a bad mood at one place at the same time…customer service is TERRIBLE!

$10 rack is all I need to say! I got this beautiful top and many others, including a Jean jumper and skirts, all $10 each! I love the Hanes Mall in Winston Salem, NC and the Crabtree Mall in Raleigh locations!

The girls in that store are mean. Before being a sales person be a person. Homophobics and very rude people.My partner and I felt completely discrimintaded.

The staff was very helpful. They were quick to open the dressing room and to bring me a size up that I needed.The store is always well kept and they have a really cute selection of clothes. Love this store!

Terrible customer service. I was 2 days after the 14 day return period for the first dress I ever purchased from this company online and when I went in the store, the cashier didn’t try to help me at all. She simply looked up my email address and then 2 seconds later said there was nothing she could do. Would NEVER buy from this company or ever recommend them to anyone ever again!!!

This place is a misleading store the products they sell on sale, if you want to return it they don't, I don't know if this type of customer disappointment is in all their merchandise I see a lot of old clothes, they have a sale hanger with clothes even with holes They really must change their style because it leaves a lot to be desired. This is a constructive criticism take care of the customers.

After Belk had lackluster and lack of variety in formal dresses, this place saved the day! I got a beautiful dress for my brother's wedding, and at a steal of a cost! The quality in some dresses isn't "high end" but they also don't look trashy. They do have a wide variety of dresses that do look higher end, however. Most prices are under $100
