Sales personnel, especially brothers Armando and Manuel, are knowledgeable, friendly and just great individuals. We always enjoy looking at their great selection of jewelry. In addition, they often have different reps from top brands of jewelry and watch makers come in to talk to customers about the aspects of their products. Always a pleasure to visit their store. Just made another watch purchase from Kevin at Windsor Jewelers in Winston Salem!I've purchased around 15-20 luxury watches from Kevin and keep doing so because of his knowledge and professionalism but most of all because I know that I can trust that they have my best interests at heart. Whether it's trading in a watch and getting fair market value or pre-paying for a watch that is shipped to me out of state I always feel comfortable with our relationship. I've had only positive experiences with Windsor and I will continue purchasing from them in the future. My spouse’s diamond setting ring band separated on the bottom & Windsor’s repaired gratis after many years since we purchased her diamond ring and our matching wedding bands. Our Salesman Elijah was very Personable & Professional.

Windsor Jewelers is the only place I will be purchasing jewelry in the future. I had zero expectations as I had never made a purchase like this before. I went in to have a watch link taken out.Wayne assisted me with finding a beautiful new watch band to go with my watch. I was gifted a beautiful watch by a family member and the new watch band just elevated the total look of the watch. I am very satisfied with the service I was given at Windsor.

The store is bright and airy and full of fascinating items. The jewelry is first class and often unique with the likes of my favorite John Hardy. Watches, collector pens and awesome knives are Al’s there for your viewing pleasure. The staff are friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable as you would expect in a store of this caliber. Sure, they know all about the stones, settings and so forth. But ask them about the myth of the Balinese dragon. I would bet that your average more jewelry store associate would not know the answer to that one. This place is not your father’s jewelry store.

Randomly went here with my wife and glad to work with Kevin.Kevin was extremely helpful and attentive with us looking and trying pieces even though store was super busy. We went back twice over 2 weekends to get earrings and a ring for my wife. She loves them.Thanks again Kevin and looking forward to the upcoming renovation.
