This Y is okay. I like that there's a separate women's room but most of the equipment is outdated or broken (that goes for the whole Y, not just that room)

Sunday 7/9 2:45 Body Pump with Candace was awesome and so much fun. Her energy was incredible. She kept us all in good spirits throughout the work out. She was engaging and even came down to talk to us after class. Thank you Candace ?

They've redone the main space in here and it looks great. I go mainly for the sauna and I do love their sauna. When I frequented spin classes and body pump the William g y was always my go to for these classes. They have such a variety.
