Hispanic people a woman. They are very rude and arrogant with Hispanic people! Racist, what courage!! He didn't want to cash my husband's check! He told me that they had treated him as if he were a criminal, asking him for personal information about the company! Asking if we have the company registered! I had to call the person who gave the check to my husband! And he had to partner with the bank! To be able to cash your check! So my husband came back without being able to cash his check! Had to go to another branch! People like this should not be there discriminating against Hispanics thinking that we are stealing!!

This branch is the absolute worst excuse of a bank that I've ever been to. They won't call you back when they say they're going to, when you ask any questions all they do is go around in circles telling you the same thing over and over again. The staff acted like I was an inconvenience to themfor coming in. I highly recommend going to the one on Reynolda instead.

Pitiful. Charges 8 dollars to cash their own check if you don't have an account. Very slow.
