The staff all helped me when they passed by even though we’ve already been helped. They constantly made sure we were set. Ryan Helm was also very helpful and patient with us. I felt very at ease and comfortable at this branch location :)

Slow only one window 0pen. Had an electronic malfunction. The drive thru teller had to do my transaction. No where near the service of wachovia.

Every time I go to the bank there is different staff there.Wish Bob Hanes (founder of Wachovia) was still in charge instead of the pretend millionaire CEO bankers in San Fran or Char-loot.Calling on the phone results in getting voice mail or the Wells Far-gone robot voice based on the moon.Maybe Fist Citizen Bank nearby would be better (stock price certainly is higher). Oi!

This is not the bank closest to me yet I go out of the way to go to this bank. The staff is wonderful, always helped promptly. Would recommend. The person at the drive through knows my name and is always so friendly.

I'm typically not a big bank person. I like credit unions and smaller regional banks. But the service I get at this branch of Wells Fargo is excellent. The tellers are friendly and quick. They aren't open on Saturday but there is a convenient branch about 3 miles away that is.

Has 3 drive thru lanes...but it always seem that one is used...even during high traffic. More drive thru bank tellers...

If you have discipline way 2 save is a great way to build a small savings. If your account balance is on the lower end and your purchases are erratic (like mine) way 2 save may not be so useful.
