Why are we closing at 3:00 Bank hours aren't even that short it's ridiculous it's the people's store it needs to be open for the people when the people need it and can use it support your local post office please

The kind woman from the Waughtown USPS center in Winston Salem was phenomenal and I hate that I didn't catch her name. She made sure that I will be getting the help I need, and get my change of address corrected as soon as possible. Could not thank her enough.

The worst ever post office . Mail is stolen .. Handlers open and they know it . other neighbors are complaining too ! Still they loose mail , they place in wrong mail boxes .. steal money ,stamps whatever they wish to do , they do it . Extremely un-professional like conduct .. They argue at you and claim they are right . Complaints are being made against this post office and hopefully appropriate actions will be taken . Been going on for way to long !

One of the worst post offices. Would be much nicer if this post office would give the wallburg post office the deliver rights for wallburg. Can't rely on this office to deliver and hold mail when requested

This post office is not hitting on anything. A woman who I spoke with was very unprofessional I wish I had got her name I would share it so anyone can be aware of her and her attitude and ethics of conduct. I can't say all the staff members are lousy, only her. Anyway this post office said I had a vacation hold on my packages i ordered from amazon and mail etc. Which is a lie then asked if I ordered a dog ladder. I don't even own a dog but neighbor does which when the lady called out the wrong address that right there tell you it was an error on they're end. I had already issued a refund for my packages because it's no way I can make the hours between 9am-3am when a regular person usually works between the hours 7am-430pm or a 9-5. I told them to keep the package that was suppose to be return and give me the packages that I have still waiting. I was told I can't do that that I have to take everything. Why should I take something that the post office clearly made an error on and go through another hassle of calling 800 numbers to get things straighten out on a off day I would like to give them a piece of my mind. Which brings me to this if you use this post office get a po box. Don't rely on their breathing services it's a waste. Almost forgot stop sending others people mail who has a different address on their physical documentation and putting my name on the forwarding piece of paper we have different names. I would speak to you personally but you to sorry to pick up the phone.

I've Loved This Post Office Since , We Moved Here 7/7/87 ! It's Right Here Locally , You Get Personal , Professional Service ! They Have Everything To Mail , Ship , Locate , And P. O. Boxes ! I've Moved To The North Side 3 Yrs Ago ...But I Still Come Home To The P.O. (Waughtown) ! Where They Always Make Me Feel Welcome !
