I hope I’m spelling her name correctly but thank you so much to Lia the pharmacy tech. She really went above and beyond to help me figure out why my insurance was not processing correctly. This pharmacy is caring and lovely. Thank you again!

Quite unprofessional and passive aggressive staff… they do not even say hello or bye upon people entering/exiting the store… I have been super unimpressed on multiple occasions!

Worst experience with the pharmacy person Harley! So Bad that they don’t deserve a 1 star! I got there at 5:50 but was behind someone in line and they close at 6 and I get it everyone has place to be and kids to pick up after work but the level of professionalism was ridiculous. I had a prescription pick up for 12 pills got filled for just 2 when I asked why it was just 2 she said that’s how much your insurance covers which is ridiculous because I have the same insurance for years and when I have filled it before I have never had concerns.. I got past that and asked ok when can I refill the prescription and she says you have to call your insurance we are close! a pharmacy should be able to tell you when you can refill the prescription. No wonder major insurance companies partner with CVS than Walgreens.

I went to get a few items, several of which were on sale. However when I got to the register, none of the sale prices rang up. I asked the cashier and she said no, those tags aren’t good until the next day (mind you it’s mid- day and the store is open for several more hours). Completely unimpressed with the false advertising.

Really frustrated with this location's increasingly-limited pharmacy hours. Now they're only open Mon-Fri until 6 pm. That's it. If you work a job with regular business hours, it leaves no time to get your prescriptions. I wound up moving mine to another pharmacy that offers more convenient hours, including weekends which is much more convenient for me.

Wife went to get a prescription filled, supposed to be a quantity of 90, got 64. They used too small of a bottle to fill the required prescription and just called it good once the bottle was full instead of filling to required quantity. We shouldn't have to open and count pills in store to ensure we are leaving with the appropriate amount.

The Walgreens store itself is a nice store with good selection, helpful people and a good pharmacy. The only problem we have experienced recently is the reduced hours for the pharmacy. They close at 6 on weekdays and are not open on the weekends.

I called and asked (politely) about an issue with a prescription. I was very rudely dismissed and talked down to when I was simply trying to understand why my prescription (that I needed pretty much urgently) was not ready when it was supposed to be. Very disappointed with this experience, I have never been talked down to in such a manner by a pharmacy worker in my life.

i go out of my way to go to this walgreens. it is always nice, clean and organized. the manager and staff are exceptional! how long has it been since you have been in a store, and someone actually came up to you and asked, "may i help you?" they do that at this location.

The most rudest pharmacy people's have ever seen in 61 years!!had a appointment with confirmation and was refused and told I did not have one ,even with information..they were not willing to help in any way..This Walgreens is a disgrace to Walgreens..they apparently need a new manager and employees need additional training.

#Walgreens Your pharmacy services suck! My son carries on him at all times a common drug for use in an emergency. His refill was due to expire on 1/20/2021. I set a Reminder on my phone last year to be sure I didn’t let the refill authorization period lapse. I called it in on 1/15/2021—five days ahead. I received a text notice that it was OOS but more supply was coming. I was never advised to consider walking my Rx to another pharmacy. Yesterday I went to pick it up, along with another Rx. I was told that, while the package arrived at the pharmacy on Wednesday (in time to refill) they did not begin to process the order until Thursday. By then, the refill authorization was expired! So Walgreens can’t or won’t refill it without a new script. Plus, your pharmacy manager was not in, so we were told we won’t know anything more until today. I just got off the phone with the pharmacy manager. He claims that his staff contacted the prescriber yesterday and was told that they would not authorize a one-time refill. I have no idea if the original prescriber was advised that the customer (me) acted in good faith to order in a timely manner and that this whole fiasco is a creation of Walgreens’ making. The manager refused repeatedly to make that call himself, restating that his staff had already called. According to him, my only recourse is to receive a new Rx. This is not acceptable! Their delay and lack of communication means that we should have to find a doctor willing to see us in the current climate and pay for a visit just to get a new Rx when we had a valid timely refill on file?!!! I am livid! You need to make this right, Walgreens! UPDATE: I have contacted the original prescriber to request an override for a one-time script to get this situation corrected. Their CS rep was the first friendly and competent person I have dealt with so far.

We turned in scripts for EpiPen's 5 days before they were due to expire. One EpiPen is out of stock and comes in on the day of expiration but rather than filling the prescription before it expires, they wait until the next day when we come in the pick it up but they can't because the prescription expires.

The store manager is not very helpful and is a little clueless about products, their placement or if they are in stock. There was no one at the check out counter for quite a while, we ended waiting quote a bit. The pharmacists here is quite helpful and i noticed that at the counter the service was great.Would not recommend going to this location though unless you wamt to pick up priscription medication.
