Be aware they are not a corporate Verizon wireless store despite being labeled as just Verizon on google. Their prices are higher than what Verizon charges on their website. Deceiving.

So me and my wife came in to see what was going on with our phones. We met the manager Mike. After just sitting and talking with him for several minutes about everything but phones. We decided it was time to get new phones for both of us. The reason I am posting this is because no one has ever just took the time to listen to a couple of 85 year old couple. I recommend Mike to everyone I know or see. He is absolutely a great man and a great person.

Noah was very patient with all my questions & with the multiple items I had to take care of. Even though this isn't a corporate location & is a "Cellular Sales" location...whenever I have phone needs, I'll try to go to this location.

I came in with my mother to help her with her phone. I was currently with Tmobile. We was greeted at the door by an older gentleman right away. To make a long story short he moved my number to my mom's account and with doing so lowered my bill and mom's bill. And we got two new S24 on top of that. Mike was awesome and had the best personality because I came in very defensive. I highly recommend Mike to everyone.

Super helpful and friendly. I didn’t even buy a phone here because I had insurance to replace my damaged phone but needed help getting wireless to work. Parker helped me out in a flash and was very personable. I’ll buy my next phone phone here! Thank you for the help.

We had a very positive experience at this location thanks to Verizon Associate Rain Tantrum. During our initial visit to purchase phones she was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and kind. All this with a great sense of humor. We experienced the same service from her during a follow up visit while troubleshooting, then fixing our problems. Kudos to her!

Me and husband just left the Robinhood store and had the most experience we ever had buying phones. Mike the manager met us at the door and we felt at home right away. We want deal with anyone else from now on but Mike. Awesome guy.

So me and my wife had some problems with our phones. We are a older couple and not very tech savvy. A gentleman named Mike greeted us and the door and we felt at ease right away. He was amazing we both got new phones and a new friend all at the same time. We recommend Mike to all our friends and family. Great experience from start to finish.

Benjamin Gregory was Outstanding! He was patient, helpful, and very kind. We had the pleasure of working with Parker to upgrade our phones. Not only was he kind and patient, but he made us feel so comfortable and at-ease the entire time. He was knowledgeable, informative, and overall made for an outstanding experience. The phone upgrade was as seamless as we could possibly hope for, AND he helped us find the best deal financially as well. If every Verizon rep were like Parker, we would sincerely look forward to coming back. Huge props to Parker and this Verizon for outstanding customer service.

Mike at Verizon is outstanding--assisted two older parents with Ipad, phone, and accessories. He is patient, thorough, and our whole family (in various cities in North Carolina) now are returning customers to this Verizon store because of him.

We just exchanged our iPhone for an iPhone 15 at the Robinhood Rd store in Winston Salem. Mike McClain took care of us like we were family. He kept us posted of when the phone would arrive and we were all set up in a brief period of time at the store.. Very few people care the way he does. He is the best. Run there and ask for Mike if you need help.
