This morning I stopped here because it was convenient for me, since I needed to make a return at Super Walmart. This was a first for me with needing to pay with cash and I rarely do carry cash. It’s convenient to have an ATM machine there since they only accept cash or a check. The woman working that helped me does clearly know the flack she’s gotten for not accepting cards. So there’s that information to know before using this post office in the future. The woman did clearly state she has placed papers up to inform customers, the only acceptable payment are cash or checks and which is good information. But outside of this form of informing the customer, she doesn’t have another layer of informing customers like any social media platforms. I’m not sure if she’s receptive to that idea or I could be wrong. Regardless my encounter with the business was nice and polite. Close in walking distance to this business is a Wells Fargo and an another bank in case you need cash and not wanting to pay the over $3 surcharge. The computer repair service this business does is the primarily and secondary role is the postal service. Another important bit of information that I’m leery about thats shared to me. That the USPS is moving away from electronic forms of payments and are not comfortable in paying the card fees that are needed for electronic payments. I’m not sure if this is accurate or not. But the women who helped me mail my letter made a strong point in saying this and this statement does sound like a marketing strategy. A bit alarming to move way from a world where digital currency is today’s major form of doing business.

Every time I come here I have issues, you might as well just go to a regular post office. This place has horrible customer service. You can only* buy a whole book of stamps instead of paying for regular postage. Do better! If you are going to operate for three post office you should do the things the post office does.

The most unprofessional and rude people I have ever seen and I'm 67 and have seen a lot. If I could give it zero stars I would. My advise is avoid this place like the plague.

I wish I got paid to stand there and do nothing like the lady there. You have to take out cash and more cash to do everything yourself, all for your items to be dropped and thrown around right in front of you. Ridiculous and I regret not spending my money elsewhere.

It seems they make up they’re hours as they want. Online says 530 reviews say 5 a sign in the back of the store say 430.

This place has lots of 1 star reviews, but I personally had no issues. I thought the man that helped me was very kind and it was an easy and quick process to get all of my packages shipped out. I shipped 28 things between boxes and packets and he was very helpful in getting everything scanned and sent off. No complaints from me. They were the only post office open when I went too which was amazing!

Very very bad service!!! I want to give him 0 if I could. I am sending very important material to the goverment and the stuff is so misleading because he only want you sending it out ASAP so he can focus on repairing his computer. I have to recall the mail because his misleading instruction. I waste valuable time and money.

Nasty lady inside snapped as I walked in, "POST OFFICE IS CLOSED!" I said, "Not according to Google." She was not amused! ?

Need to fire this staff. Everytime you go in they act like they don't want you there.
