Counter personnel need to tend to business rather than making small talk with people that are done. Especially with a line out the door and one clerk. A consistent issue I've experienced.

Always awesome staff. Who know me and acknowledge my presence upon entering. Move people in and out efficiently even during rush times.

I drive an extra 10 minutes just to come to this location. The people who work here are very friendly and kind. I don’t receive this great of service at any other USPS in Winston. Douglas is great!
