Passport lady should not be employed here! She is on a power trip every time customers walk in this location. Somebody should explain to her that the reason she even sits there is because of the customers ! So, a little respect and customer service goes a long way ! Her attitude is horrible ! Told her that a complaint would be made, SHE made sure to tell me that she's a " CLERK IN CHARGE" BASICALLY SAID PLEASE MAKE A COMPLAINT , APARENTLY SHE THINKS SHES INVINSIBLE ! DO SOMETHING USPS !!!!

Here to make a review abour Clerk In charge what ever her name is ! Customer Service : zeroAdditude: zeroJust the worst of the worst !I dont understand how people like her even get to keep a job ineracting with cusomers( before you guys reply back that we went off on her and said some stuff just know that she started wirh her bad addidute and bad customer service, she got what was coming to her ! So save me the lession !I will also be calling who ever i need to call to make an official complaint and i wont stop untill some type of action is taken against her ! She doesnt deserve to interact with customers ! Time i was in 2:30 (03/29/24) review your cameras im sure you got them rollin in there all the time !

Do not come to this location! There are three ppl working here. A gentleman to the left, a younger lady to the right and an older lady in the middle of them two who renews the passports. She is so rude and unprofessional. This lady needs to be fired. She has zero customer service skills. She is a nasty rude lady! Get rid of her! No one should be spoken to the way she speaks to people.

Person at the counter is rude and handles packages roughly. I came in with a box marked fragile with up arrows everywhere and it took her about 5 seconds to turn it every way possible. Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service, we were told several times to wait very rudely by young lady up front with a bad attitude. Made us wait over our appointment time just to tell us that we were missing things that we were never informed after waiting 30 minutes. Also said we called her a liar and started making a scene. Would not recommend this post office at all.

Some of the most sour individuals I have ever had an interaction with and it’s never a one time occurrence. I will take any mailing service I need done and get a horse and a buggy to deliver it before I go back to the people at this office.

This is a backwards, stuffy, joke of a post office where the lady at the counter gets off by going on power trips against customers. Very rude and unprofessional, I think they need to audit these employees who run this place like it's medieval serfdom.

The staff here are amazing!! Friendly, knowlegable and professional. I do a lot of individual shipments and they are always helpful and courteous! Thank you!

Lady at Silas Creek Facility was very rude to me This was my first time applying for a passport, she wasn't helpful at all. Her professionalism went out the door. She refuse to accept my birth certificate reason being it was a card. I felt so embarrassed.. Don't recommend anyone to go there for a passport.

The guy doing passports on 1/4/23 (Mark?) was so very helpful. He was courteous, kind and quick. I was surprised it didn't take forever and also very surprised when I messed up the form, he treated me with grace, let me correct it and I was still able to apply for my son's passport that day. Really really appreciate that the most! My first attempt at getting his passport in November was unsuccessful (due to mistakes on the form, which offended that lady working and she would NOT let me correct and made me reschedule) but Mark made sure this appointment was different. Not sure how much he gets paid, but it's not enough. :) Thank you, Mark! You changed my whole perception of this USPS location. I never had an issue applying for a passport before I encountered the lady here in November but Mark redeemed the whole location for her!

The workers here are great and since they are the only post office that is open till 6pm Monday through Saturday they are a lifesaver for small businesses like me they make u feel like a friend

We pass up about three post offices to go to this one. The service is always excellent! It's usually empty and theres 3 people trying to help us out .

Bad customer service.this is a usps i alway go to because i working in the mall. Anytime i be here alway here people complain about the lady Staff . She very rude , she didn't like helping anyone . Usps open at 10, we waiting to 10.30 and door still lock. She inside but did not open the door for any one come in . We ask her and she say only her in here, she scare open the door and someone rob the usps, so no one help her.. anyone stand there with me like what the heck she talking about ?
