There were several people in the store and only one representative, Vanarath “V.”I noticed he was kind to everyone he helped. I very much appreciated how he helped me prepare my packages for shipping. His customer service skills are excellent!

The service assistants are top notch here, they display patience and intelligence along with a kind and helpful demeanor. If you're tired of dealing with the woman at the peace haven location then this one isn't that far to go and it's definitely worth the trip to get away from that ***** and get good customer service here ?.

Avoid This UPS Store at All Costs!This UPS Store location is the absolute WORST! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I recently went in to have several items shipped and was met with the most ridiculous and unhelpful service I've ever encountered.Apparently, this store has a policy of refusing to ship items unless they are individually boxed and taped. This is completely absurd,I had various items, some already securely packaged, but the staff insisted I purchase separate boxes and tape for each one before they would accept them. This is not only inconvenient and wasteful, but it's a blatant attempt to nickel and dime customers.The staff member I dealt with was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. They offered no explanation for this policy and showed zero interest in finding a solution. It felt like they were actively trying to make the process as difficult as possible.I left the store feeling frustrated, angry, and completely ripped off. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this particular UPS Store location. There are plenty of other shipping options available, and I urge you to take your business elsewhere.

Great customer service! I never have a problem here. Crystal and Chris always go over and beyond for me! They are very good at their work and they always have me in and out fast! Customer service was 10/1000. They were very patient with me and very helpful. & Crystal is Incredible!!!!!!

Every time I have come here, the staff are very friendly and professional. I rent a mailbox here, and they bring me my packages as I'm walking in the door, greeting me by name. It's such a joy to receive this superior customer service!
