Today, my son and I went to the UPS store in Reynolda Shopping Center, in Winston-Salem, NC. We had two complicated packets of info which contained various documents needing acknowledgments and multiple notaries. Aul Trice was the person helping us and I was amazed at how efficient she was, how friendly she was and how accommodating she was! What a positive exchange! We will definitely be returning to this UPS to see Aul Trice again!!

The staff here do an incredible job. Today, I lost some important documents and they went above and beyond - even watching security footage - to help me locate them. The staff is always welcome, always friendly, and my kids love the suckers. Thank you for all your hard work!

Just want to take a minute to say how awesome Justin is at this store! He is so friendly, kind and efficient. It’s so refreshing to interact with amazing people like him. I just had a simple Amazon return, along with 2-3 other people. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The woman with the gray hair, about 5'6 and black glasses is the only reason this UPS is getting 4 stars and not 5. I'm sorry but I've been in and out of that UPS dozens of times and EVERYTIME I see the lady with the gray hair interact with any other race she has a nasty and forceful attitude. I've had it. A hispanic woman had an Amazon return that label said "will pack and ship" and the woman with the gray hair kept telling the woman she needed to go pack up 3 big boxes and pack all of these huge items in a huge box by herself. The hispanic lady kept saying that's how she got it from Amazon. The lady was going to buy a big box, she asked how much and the gray haired woman said,"Oh, you don't even want to know the price."Pretty much saying she couldn't afford it. She's always been nasty to me and every other minority I've seen her interact with. Everyone else is great. The bald guy and the lady with the short hair are awesome but the lady with the gray hair needs to be fired or put in the back. I stopped the hispanic woman on the way out and I looked at the return information from Amazon. It CLEARLY STATES UPS WILL PACK AND SHIP YOUR ITEMS.....I guess unless you're a minority unfortunate enough to be offered "help" with the gray haired woman.

Went to this establishment and this place was full only one cashier, line all they way out the door, there was another associate at the computer snapping at everyone, As I was standing on the line keeping door open I asked if it was only one cashier working she snapped at me two. I just hope this was not the manager because this is not the leader you need for your team. I didn't get a chance to get her name but she was the only white lady working blonde hair and wearing glasses. She needs attitude check.

Comes in handy for obvious things like returns and shipping but I rented a mailbox, being a student with multiple careless roommates, at least I know I'll get my mail. Only thing is I had to ask them to please leave small packages in the mailbox if they fit instead of a slip. I repair cellphones for extra money (they fit!!) Otherwise what's the point of paying more for a bigger one and them allowing 24hr access?? Hopefully they will because weekends are most my free time and they close early. Well after the owner emailed me, they will not do that and they're is no point in getting a larger box! Just. for looks and to make you think you're renting a tangible actual thing.might as well just rent people a number
