Nam & her team are AMAZING! No matter what we’re shipping, they box, wrap & handle everything with care, so we know our gifts or whatever we are shipping will arrive in great shape. They do everything with excellence and are so friendly. We feel like we’re greeting a neighbor/friend every time we go in! We’re so glad they’re located within our neighborhood & are part of our community!

Make sure You've got your box taped because this lady doesn't want to spare any of her tape that Amazon compensated her for anyway but aside from that, she's just a horrible person and I don't understand why she's in a customer service role.
EDIT:
I'm sure your policy is to be helpful and considerate but the woman in charge of this location is a horrible person. I happened to run in to a lady who was taking a package in while I was coming out and she was taping her box up because she had already been talked down to more than once by the woman in charge. She can't keep workers because she's mean to them and the only reason people go there is because of convenience. It's time for a change of management, I'm sure you'd see a great increase in sales.
