My 2006 Mini Cooper had several repairs needed including brakes and rotors and a new clutch. These guys were great at explaining what was needed and what the estimate would be. They did a great job. Highly recommend them!

This shop was able to troubleshoot and repair my 2019 Jetta airbag issue. They offer shuttle service and have a key dropbox for convenience. Shop has a waiting área and wifi. I have to say not only did they provide professional service, they were transparent about cost and repair times and seemed to prioritize even a very technical repair like the one on my airbag system. This required programming and communication with VW's international components server and they accomplished it all in time for me to renew my registration and get back on the road. This as well as their flexibility in working with changes in my schedule make it hard to see how other shops could compare. Truly top notch and I highly recommend them.

Jacob and Tucker have been facilitating service for my Mini for a few years now. They're both exceptionally communicative and personable. It's also easy to schedule and receive service. They recently resolved an issue with my vehicle which was covered by their service/part warranty; less honest establishments could have easily profited from the service.Furthermore, though I'm not sure if this is current, this business sows into the community by hosting a weekly men's Bible study. Pretty cool.

I cannot say enough great things about Twin City Euro but here are just a few of them. All of the staff I have encountered, especially Jacob & Tucker, are so polite & kind & go above & beyond to get things done properly. They both take the time to explain their services & give you detailed estimates on all the work. I highly recommend Twin City Euro!

These guys are amazing! I’ve had my Mini Countryman for almost 3 years now. I bought it used and wanted a local shop I could trust and not worry that I would be taken advantage of. As a woman- it happens a lot where you get overcharged and taken advantage of in auto shops. I found Twin City Euro for my first oil change and have been going to them for everything since. They take their time to explain things so that I can understand. They keep me informed every step of the way. They actually care about my car and genuinely enjoy what they do!I think I’ve spoken mostly to Jacob and Tucker and I think Alex…but everyone is top notch! As long as I have a Euro- I’ll take it to them! 5 Stars 10 out of 10 I absolutely recommend! :)

Hands down best Euro based shop in the triad! Tucker and his guys are very professional and the knowledge was incredible. The issues on my Audi were fixed right the first time and communication was great! I highly recommend Twin City!

Twin City Euro stands out as the premier Euro shop in town. Located near Hanes Mall, its location makes dropping off my car for appointments a breeze. The front staff communicates concerns promptly, while the skilled mechanics ensure a swift and expertly done job. With such top-notch service, my VW won't be returning to the dealer anytime soon. Highly recommended!

I don’t recommend bringing your car here. They are nice, but they lie, and try to sell stuff you don’t need! I took my Car to them and they told me it was the timing chain (might be some magnet) but they told me there was metal in my oil, and showed me a picture. The picture they took should’ve been right in the front (because they took the picture when I got there) but they scrolled through a few so it threw up a red flag. We took it to another place who showed us there was no metal in my oil! I was lied to by twin city and I was about to be charged 7-14 thousand dollars just for a whole new engine for no reason!

Tucker quoted $800 for doing the rear main seal and air ride install on my mk1. I agreed and dropped off my car. He offered to make the car a side job to cut down on the hourly rate. When I dropped the car off I had asked him to also remove a broken bolt on my exhaust mid-pipe flange.Three weeks go by and I get a text telling me that he has done all the mechanical work(rear main and exhaust bolt) and hasn’t done my bags yet… but I am up to $1100 in parts and labor. This obviously was a shock, so I kindly asked him why the bill had increased so much after only doing half the job. He told me he tidied up some wiring and encountered a couple stripped bolts in the process. He also mentioned having to run the o2 wire differently and swinging my exhaust clamp around (both normally done while reassembling the exhaust after fixing that exhaust bolt as you would have to take the mid pipe off to do it).So I asked him again to give details on the time he spent on it. He replied rudely , “my time is valuable”. Which I completely agreed with but still was curious what I was being charged for.The details:Rear main seal $70 in parts4 hours labor invested in the car so far.(Remember He said he was going to give a cut rate for working it in between jobs. That his normal rate was $110 but he would charge me $50/hr. )Naturally my next question was… Where is the other $830 of my new $1100 bill coming from if he only had spent 4 hours on the car? I then asked if he could just keep to his $800 quote and install the bags for the agreed price, since I still had $530 to use up from my original $800 price. He proceeded to tell me I should just come get my car as he wont finish it and He wanted $400 for the work he did so far. I agreed, being more agreeable than I should be as he admitted he only had $270 in parts and labor so far.Today I went to pick the car up when they opened. He grabbed my key and went out back to get my car. While he was walking back there a coworker (I am guessing it was the “Mark” others have talked about) asked me what I was there to pick up. When I told him what I was picking up he said “what!? I told Tucker the shift linkage needed to be adjusted because you can reach reverse” he then walked out back to tell Tucker.I walked around while I waited and heard Mark tell Tucker and Tucker reply “I don’t care, this car will never be coming back here again”. He then proceeded to push my car out of the building and almost stalled it 4 times driving it 20ft as the linkage was so off 5th was in the 1st position. When tucker came in to give me my key he didn’t mention it. So I asked him what mark was talking about. He replied he was going to do that tonight after work, but I showed up so I will have to take it as it is. I was able to drive it work by putting the shifter in the reverse position to catch 3rd gear to be able to power through and get the car moving. But what a terrible experienceLuckily I know these cars very well and jacked the car up at work and aligned the shifter in about 10min. Something he could have done on the lift in 5min before driving it out to bring me the key. But he was being a baby and didn't want to do it just to make my life difficult.Tucker is not a man of his word and doesn’t care about making good on his quotes. Once I exposed his shady $830 extra charge for literally nothing he wanted nothing to do with me or my business. I shouldn't even have paid $400. Having to drive an incomplete job home isn't worth even that.Mark ( if that is his name) I can tell was super kind, honest and caring. But I am guessing he works FOR Tucker and had to let him push it out the shop and send out a job unfinished and over charged. Also almost all of his reviews are from previous customers at the shop he used to work at “everything euro” and not related to work actually done at his shop. They all were made at the same time, probably begging facebook friends and family for reviews to make his business seem more legitServices: Transmission

Highly Recommend these guys. Upfront, honest and actually did what I asked them to do. Imagine that! I will be using these guys to service my Audi and won’t worry for a second that I’m being taken for a sucker. So glad I found this place.

I can't express how awesome this shop is! Had an issue with my Audi. Called the guys up and dropped it off. They called me with a diagnosis, price and time. Got my car back and it drove better than new! The shop is extremely clean and vibrant! If you have ANYTHING European, take it to Tucker and his crew! They even work on Subaru's!

I went there and everyone were accommodating as if I'm a long time friend. They diagnosed my car and promised to fix it in a day only. Alas, it really fixed in a day. I fully appreciate their serious commitment to their customers. Great job!!!
