Alan came on a holiday, helped us load our TV from our old property to transport safely to our new property, mounted our TV perfectly, and even came back a few days later to optimize audio, video and help us learn how to adjust tilt and leveling of our new mounted TV. We will 100% be using Alan's services again in the future.

We were able to get an appointment very quickly, everyone else we called had estimated at least 2 weeks before we could get an appointment but Alan was able to fit us in within 2 days. Struggled all day long trying to remove the old wall mount with no success but he was able to get it down and install the new one in less than 2 hours. Was also very knowledgeable about TVs and other products both new and old, features, updates, accessories, etc. Absolutely the BEST service you can get, very affordable and such a nice and friendly person!!!

Just telling my experience with Mr Tuttle.
He replied a day after I left a message looking for someone to install my mount. Informed him I had my own pull down mount and universal brackets for the sound bar for my 75 inch LG and sent him pictures of everything from the fireplace wall, type of material ,the tv and both brackets for the sound bar and tv.
We set up a date and he arrived early and gave a heads up prior to his arrival. He followed the COVID protocols that were in place by law at the time.
Total time was about an hr and half at the most. He was very professional the entire time and only needed help when it was time to mount the tv to the mount itself. I’ve submitted pics of his work.
Rating is a 4 star instead of 5 only because I read his price quotes after paying for the job and realizing the price I paid was way more then his estimates on his website, but I should’ve asked when he was here so it is partially my fault as there may be more to the price gap from what I paid to the estimates on his site then I realize.
All and all the job was done, he wasn’t able to mount the universal sound bar as he said the sound wouldn’t be projected well if he did it according to the mount. He left the work area clean.
I paid $400 flat for this.

I had a unique set up for a TV mount over my fireplace and Tuttle's Audio brought multiple mount options over and discussed the best choice for my situation. Would definitely recommend or use again in the future. Prompt responses and timely service!

The Jobs Done: I Had Alan in for two separate jobs back Oct/Nov 2018. First was to hang several 27" PC monitors on the wall for my work station. The next was for installing the audio system that I had purchased for the living room that was just sitting out on various surface with wires running all around the room.
I think it may have been making Alan twitch as it looked just awful but hey, not a handy type guy so it worked for me.
Alan returned several weeks later with a helper to install the audio system and was in and out in maybe an hour?
The Work: The work was top notch. Looks good, sounds good. Is good. I always wait some time after a home job like these to see how the work stands up and everything is as it was when he left. Quality work.
The Man and Experience: Through both jobs he was extremely courteous, very careful about assuring this and that was exactly what I wanted, where I wanted, and how I wanted it done.
He gave suggestions, cleaned as he went, and was very conscientious about and informative of the pricing options regarding what he would have to purchase and what would I'd be better off with (i.e. 'ok, so you can get this stuff, but the other stuff I could install it with is going to be easier on the wallet and it's the same thing to be honest. Up to you though').
In other words, helping me to respect a budget when everything's outside my wheel house as far as knowing what's what. I didn't even consider it. I dig that.
All in all, great work, very knowledgeable & respectful, budget conscious and to be honest a good conversation if you're going to be hanging out in the area he's working in.
10/10 would hire again.

I highly suggest using Alan for any of your audio or video needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about his equipment and did a fantastic job on our home project. He is very honest and does not try to sale you (even though his prices on materials were better then Best Buy, etc.)

Alan checked off all the boxes with everything we were looking for when it came to getting surround sound installed in our home: he was quick to respond to our online request for a free consultation and estimate; he took his time to listen to our goals and he made a few suggestions for us to consider; he absolutely knew what he was doing; he took his time with installation, making sure to ask questions about the look and feel we wanted in the system before making final changes; and he was very honest and personable.

BEST TV AND AUDIO INSTALLER HANDS DOWN!! We purchase an 86” TV wanted to mount it on the wall the company that sold us the TV actually didn’t realize that we had a fireplace mantel which would cause problems mounting the TV over it ,we needed an additional 11”!! Alan instructed us to locate a mount that would extend out about 15” and hold 150 pounds need I say more!!! 86 inches hanging later ..Knowledgeable and a honest person to have in our home .Thanks Alan

I'm a 20 year veteran automotive technician, and I know the value of a skilled tradesman that knows his stuff. Needless to say, I got in over my head trying to run some Cat 5 in my 1940's era home. Alan and G tackled the job that I had spent days on in a timely and professional manner I hadn't experienced in the A/V field before. If you're looking for someone to give you excellent customer service, superior knowledge and craftsmanship at a great price then look no further.
