This place is an absolute joke. One employee tells you one thing and another tells you another, just because the employee doesn’t want to get in trouble with the general manager. Do not trust this place at all!! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life. General manager wanted to argue with me and went on to me his employee didn’t tell me that.

Highly recommend! I had an urgent situation & needed to get a car fast; & Tim, Amy, & Dorinda were incredibly kind & very helpful. The process was easy & since I had already purchased a car a few years ago from them & had paid it off, I knew it was the right place to go. They will treat you well & with respect, & get you the best deal that they can like they did for me! Loving the new Hyundai!

Staff was very helpful. Don’t have the best credit but I walked in and walked out same day with a vehicle that I was happy withEDIT: So two weeks later they call me back to tell me that I actually wasn’t approved for the car and that I needed to bring it back. I brought it back the same day and they tried putting me in an older car for 100 dollars more a month. When I declined the GM said I wouldn’t get my full down payment back, only 1000 of the 1500 because I “put miles on his car” and that he doesn’t have to give me anything back. Filed a police report and am currently pursuing civil litigation

I bought a car in January 2024. February is not even over and I am having engine trouble and a plethora of issues with the car in general. I have been back to the dealership four times with the same issues, the owner stated that my engine light was not on, so he would not help. Five days later, as I was pulling into work, the engine light came on, and I lost control of my car. Literally could’ve almost died in a wreck and still was getting no sympathy or assistance from the dealership. Do not shop here, they do not care about your life. They are there to take your money and then ignore you!!!

PLEASE SHARE SHARE SHARE ‼️‼️‼️Just a heads up I know that it's tax time and a lot of people will be out looking for a vehicle as I did last year when I purchased my 2017 Kia optima from triad Auto Mall it wasn't necessarily the vehicle that I wanted but I was promised by the dealership that if I purchased the vehicle that I can bring it back in a year and trade it with them for what I wanted so I went ahead and moved forward with the vehicle my engine blew in my vehicle in December so I took it to the Kia dealership to get the engine replaced under warranty and upon taking it to the Kia dealership they discovered that my catalytic converter have been removed from my vehicle and in place of it there was a pipe under my vehicle that had been welded on and when I reach back out to triad Auto Mall I spoke with the owner Tim who was very disrespectful to me he refused to put the catalytic converter on my vehicle after he cursed me out thirty minutes later he had a lady call me and tell me he is under a lot of stress which I understand who isn't but it doesn't excuse his behavior and because my car doesn't have a catalytic converter on it I am unable to pass my state inspection to get a updated sticker on my vehicle I just want to give you guys a heads up that this is not a good dealership to deal with they are located on Silas Creek in Winston-Salem North Carolina if you have an option to go with any other dealership that's what I would do don't deal with these people they are very unprofessional!!! Mind you I've only had this vehicle for exactly 11 months there is no way that this pipe was put on this vehicle while it was in my possession !!!
