People they know by first name or face. People they've had a relationship with for years. Which (imo) speaks highly of the staff, the business, and their quality of work.Update #2: This was the first time I've had to visit them same day for an "emergency". They were extremely understandable and helpful. “I was in a total loss of vehicle accident last Thursday during rush hour, 5:30pm. I called Southside and they were on the scene within 15 minutes. Took pictures for me and towed the van to their yard. Explained the whole insurance process to me, to make sure the insurance company didn't take advantage of me or try to short change me. They responded promptly and charged a reasonable price - just under half of what the last 2 companies I had tow his truck charged for comparable distances in Thomasville and Lexington. “Would definitely use again if needed. We were coming back to greensboro from WV Easter Sunday. My daughter had a flat tire and no spare. We called so many places and no one answered or couldn't help until she called them. Showed up in a timely manner, super friendly and helpful. He found us a tire already on a rim. We had an issue with the sway bar, he offered to help in so many ways, but we declined and came on home, he even reached out to make sure we made it home safely.”
