“I had a incident here and I was pretty upset about it. I left a review here explaining what happened, but I am now changing my review.
I went back there today and they took care of me for the mix up. They went above and beyond to fix the problem that had happened, and to keep my as a customer. They absolutely showed their appreciation for me being a customer more than anywhere I have been.
I left a negative review first due to this incident, and I wrote it when I really turned off, and probably was a little more harsh than I should have been.
I am now changing this review from a 1 star to a 5 star solemnly based on how they helped me with what had happened. I will always come back to this store no matter what.
To the cashier who was working the morning the incident happened, I'm sorry if I came off as a jerk. I was just mad (at myself) and I shouldn't have wrote the harsh review that I did. I sincerely apologize for what I said in that review. I was hot at the moment and should have cooled down before writing it.
These guys are the best. You can tell they genuinely care. Thank you all who work there, and again, I am sorry for being so hot headed.”
“First visit there today and Austin was very welcoming and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere and great selection. Feels more like a visit home where you can relax and chat in contrast to the noisy, "trendy" cigar lounges. Just my type of place.”
“Visit weekly, wonderful staff, great selection of items, never had a single complaint with anything. Should you need any smoking or vaping necessities, this is the stop to make. Also their rewards membership is a nice incentive to the customers as well.”
