No one was manning the office on move in day had to do paperwork on web site while speaking with support. Gate was open and remained open for days afterwards. Site seems unsecured.

So move in went well except you are not told you have to start your code with * and end with # in the email that gets sent to you prior to first use.
It would be helpful to have that info (maybe i missed it but i dont think so)

Very nice. Your place is the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a storage facility and Shawn the manager is awesome as well. He is pleasant to deal with and perfectly accommodating.

They will make you think they will work with you if you get bekind, which obviously is not their fbut to threaten somebody with auctioning their stuff and then to tell them they have a certain time limit to make it right, and then you avoid them when they have asked you what they need to do. Before that time to stop it, and you still sell their things. Makes you heartless and I would never do business with anybody. That has that kind of mentality for other humans.

Cliff, the on site manager is a great guy, always friendly and helpful in any way he can be. Place is also well kept

I only gave a 1 because 0 wasn’t an option. Website says they are open on weekends…don’t believe it. I went by twice on Saturday, closed. Called the corporate number and they said someone would call me back….never happened. I called a second time to cancel and was told a manager would call me within an hour…never happened. Rented a storage unit elsewhere and it was hassle free!

Chris was very polite, freindly, respectful. Very knowledgeable too. I was greeted with smile from entering the building to leaving it with him answering all my questions. Great Guy!! He explained if I needed larger storage or a smaller storage, all I had to do is request and he would do the adjustments without a problem, still with a smile. What a ALL around great guy!? Thanks so much Chris!!??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
