I lived here since August of 2022 and loved my stay here. Lujana and Tara have been a pleasure to work with. I had no maintenance issues and never had an issue with noise. The Kimpton Hotel staff are always helpful and attentive as well. I highly recommend choosing The Residence at the RJ Reynolds Building!

Beautiful view from apartment. You can see Pilot Mountain & Hanging Rock. They also have a basketball court, a bowling ball alley, several game rooms with shuffle board, and just about any game you can think of to play.

Property management is very slow and is more concerned with getting new residents into the building than taking care of the ones that are living there. The views are amazing and the building is gorgeous. It's not worth the quickly thrown together apartments that appear nice, but are cheaply designed and often need repairs.
