I really love the selection of the store and we like to stop and look around and I used to purchase pet food there. However, customer service is hit or miss. I usually have had really friendly service. The most recent visit to the store left me feeling singled out and uncomfortable. We were in the store a good 15 minutes and were never spoken to at all. The people working were too preoccupied whispering and snickering amongst themselves, but other people were welcomed in. It was just an odd experience, and I don’t know that we’ll go back.

The people that work there are incompetent and the prices are going up and getting ridiculous time to go elsewhere

Every time I drop by they are super sweet and have great products for my doggo.Today at practically closing time after a long day at work I ran in to grab a toy and a special treat for my fur baby’s gotcha day. The staff was so nice to let me grab the things even though they were closing out the registers. Ollie loved his treat and is walking around the house with his stuffed rainbow unicorn alpaca toy and squeaking with joy ?

A pretty good selection and overall friendly/ somewhat helpful staff. Prices are a little cheaper than online with some reward programs available. I did request a specific food many months ago but haven't ever heard back from management so I assume they can't get certain things/requests. So if you're looking for something specific and ask them to possibly get it you may be waiting awhile for a response. I ended up going online for what I needed but I do go in here for treats or to just look around. I tried to stay small and local but when you have dogs to feed certain things you gotta do what you gotta do.

A lovely, clean store that had just what we needed for our puppy! Our trainer had some treats our puppy loved and she started to refuse the ones we had on hand. We visited this store for some Grandma Lucy's treats and left with one happy puppy!

So happy to find this store! I just moved from Raleigh and have been driving back and forth to buy food for my dog. I stopped in to get some food to last until I could drive back and the staff here informed me they could order the food I normally buy so I don't have to drive back for dog food anymore! I normally don't review places but I am so happy I stopped in the staff are super helpful and they have great quality treats and food. Very impressed!

Really cute store with all kinds of goodies. Anything you need for your pupper can be found here. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you're looking for something but not exactly sure which of what your need, the staff is very good at helping you pick the right product.
