Caught a rock, making a star on the windshield. Also, had a problem with rubber seal at the bottom of the windshield, drying out and breaking. They had to replace the whole plate, with seal attached. Rodney was great at explaining what needed done. Everything went smoothly and the price was great. Understand this is a family business, and they really care.

I had my windows tinted a few years ago. I was told it was lifetime warranty. Well that’s not true. I took my truck back because it was spots on windows and I was simply told they would not repair it. I guess lifetime warranty doesn’t mean lifetime.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Led me on for nearly two months. I requested to have mobile service come out and replace my windshield in December 2021, and was scheduled for Jan 6 2022. I waited, nobody showed up, then I got a call saying they had to order clips. I waited another MONTH, called, still nothing. I then called AGAIN today, and was suddenly told my glass somehow isn't in their inventory and that they can't even get the glass now. My car has been sitting without a windshield for nearly two months because I was constantly reassured they would be able to provide me service. If the glass wasn't available, they could've just told me two months ago and saved me the hassle. Now I'm stuck with no option but to get rid of the car.
