I was just at target a young lady (Jakarta P) checked me out. I also watched her interaction with other customers. I will say Target is lucky to have her. She has a great personality and very customer friendly .

The online shopping was very convenient. I worked all day and it was nice to have someone do my shopping, and bring it to me. A little luxury. I normally don't shop at target, but I will try it again. Hopefully my future shopping will be a great experience. The lady that bought my groceries out was nice and polite.

This is a great store. Most of employees are helpful and kind. The store is usually clean and organized. I love my shopping experiences at this location.

Okay the elections section is a joke we have went on 2 separate occasions and no one is ever available to help you. You press the button that is supposed to get you help and nothing happens and it’s like roaches scattering. Wait for another 15 or 20 minutes and no one shows up Employees look directly at you, but they run away like they’re scared. Spoke to the manager on site and he acted like it wasn’t a big deal at all. I told him maybe you can use this for a training experience for better customer service and he was like oh well. You would think a manager would take this serious and even offer the customer a discount or some kind of better experience or him personally help the customer himself, but that didn’t happen. I mentioned that would contact corporate, and he was not phased. Target What a joke .

The only reason I have given this place a 2 star, it's only for a great employee they had working, extremely pleasant and helpful. The place was a mess, from trash all over the parking lot (including rotten food), to close of every isle being in complete despair. I will not be coming back here, rather go to Haines Mall.
