Lean on here and lemme tell ya so.eting wonderful. Went out shopping for my grandsons birthday and was Tboned. I was hauled off to the hospital and my dreamsicle (orange HHR) was towed to Steve Veneable. How did I know you ask? Welp these fine folks called to inform me the whereabouts of the vehicle AND had also removed $150 worth of groceries, refrigerated and froze items until I was able to pick them up. When I got there the dispatcher was busy with 2 calls and me. I must say that man was smooth and handled each of us with full attention a d absolute care. Honest down to earth people oh and must say the CLEANEST shop I've ever stepped foot any. I mean immaculate! Anywho don't just take my review try them out!

Yes Yes YESSSS! Lemme just say it's not often your car gets totalled while you have a car full of groceries but......it happened to me. I was towed off in an ambulance and the dreamsicle,orange HHR was towed to Steve Veneable. They called to inform me my vehicle was in their lot and they had removed, refrigerated and frozen all my items left in the car. Roughly $150 of groceries. I mean come on ya'll if that isn't top notch love....customer service for ya! They even tried saving my freshly baked box of Insomnia cookies but they were full of glass. I had the pleasure of listening to the dispatcher multi-task between myself and 2 more customers that were on the phone with ease and professionalism. Before I exit stage left I have to tell you. The cleanest most organized garage I've EVER stepped these lil twinkle toes in.An overall dope experience!!

The man that changed my tire today provided excellent customer service and exceeded my expectations. Having a flat far away from home with an infant is so scary but he got to me in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you for your help!

Needed a tow because my car would not start. Larry was my tow truck driver. He was on time, professional and super friendly. By far the best tow truck driver I've ever had! I appreciate you, Larry! :)

I locked my keys in my car at work and this was the first place I called. I didn't have enough money so I said I was going to call around. They were still the cheapest and said they could still help me. Showed up at my workplace in 40 min and popped my door open in like 15 seconds. Super nice people and great service. I'll probably be using them again knowing how often I lock my keys in my dang car lol. Can't recommend them enough for the quick, affordable, and excellent, service.

I must say lately most business have been unreliable let downs lately, I had a difficult tow job and was having a hard time finding a business to handle it, Once again it came down to Steve Venable and they were amazing. RON is the man, give him a raise. He did a great job of coordinating arrival times, etc and just seems like a good dude. I've been using this company off and on for over 10 years and never had any complaints.

I had a flat tire and contacted Geico for their roadside assistance.They sent Nicole from Steve Venable's Wrecker Services to change my tire. Before she got to me, we learned that there was a special key to remove the lug nuts from my 2019 Nissan Rogue. The key was never in the glovebox like it should have been. I called the Nissan parts department and they were getting ready to close in 30 minutes. After much discussion with my family, we decided to have it towed to Nissan so that in the morning when the parts department opened, I could get a key to change the tire. During all of this Nicole was awesome. She tried to locate the key but it was not in the car. She got my car on her truck and dropped it off at the Nissan dealership so I could go by in the morning and get the right key from Parts. Nicole was so nice and did such a quick job I was very impressed. It is not often you have a woman tow truck driver, but she knew her stuff. I can't thank you enough Nicole and Steve Venable Wrecker Services is very smart for hiring her. Great job!!!Service: Car towing

My fiancé and I recently moved back into the area. We had a toolbox weighing over 1,500 lbs to get off the moving truck. We called Steve Venable Wrecker and the husband and wife showed up within 45 minutes. They knew exactly how to handle this particular situation, and did so with great care. They went above and beyond and even helped us push it into the garage once we had it on the ground. Quick response, professional, super friendly, experts at what they do, and extremely affordable.
