I have never been to a Sport Clips before but I was given a coupon for a free haircut from the American Red Cross (the need for blood donors is CRITICAL. Please consider donating. One donation can saves THREE LIVES!)
I looked Sport Clips up and saw that it had all men in the photos. So I called and a very friendly lady named Jennifer answered. I inquired if they also serve females. She assured me they do and told me to come on in!
I used their online check in and it gave me an estimated wait time. It allowed for me to pick the stylist or just go with the first available. Well, with Jennifer being so warm and friendly on the phone, I schedule my appointment with her.
When I arrived I was checking in at the kiosk and heard “Renée! You’re here. Welcome in.” I looked up to see the beautiful smile coming from the familiar voice on the phone… Jennifer. I felt like I’d just seen an old friend for the first time in a while. She told me it wouldn’t be long before she could get to me.
When she called me back I told her how neat the decor and feel of the salon was. She explained that they really want to make it an experience, not just a haircut. I could tell! When I told her that it was my first time, she said that I would get a complimentary MVP treatment which included a free shampoo. Wow! What an unexpected bonus!
She took me back to the sinks and had me lean back. She then TURNED ON THE CHAIR WHICH BEGAN TO VIBRATE! It didn’t stop there. She then propped my feet up. She asked me if the water temperature was good and proceeded to tell me exactly what she was using on my hair. (Tea Tree) She didn’t just wash my hair: she massaged my scalp. Oh! She also put these hot towels that smelled amazing on my face, as she washed my hair. Since I had on mascara, she was mindful to just leave them uncovered.
Just the shampoo, conditioning and massaging was amazing. But when I got to my chair, she grabbed a massager and started working on my shoulders and back! Talk about going SO FAR beyond my expectations!!
Jennifer not only relaxed me, but she was so incredibly inviting and warm. We chatted as she cut my hair so attentively. It was so clear that she loves her job. I knew that from the phone call before I ever arrived.
I just can’t say enough about what a treasure Jennifer is in that salon. I know she’s listed as team lead, but that girl needs a raise. I hope Sport Clips values her for what she’s bringing to their clients each day.
I had only planned on coming in to redeem my coupon. But as long as Jennifer is there, I’ll now be coming for all my haircuts!
Stylist: Jennifer was INCREDIBLE! She just gained a new customer due to her beautiful spirit and warm interactions from the get go.

YOU YOU DID THIS YOU. My little boy my 12 year old son came to get his haircut on his birthday and he was given the worst haircut ever my little boy Joshua was so sad as his hair was ruined when he walked into the front door when he got home I thought I was looking at shrek but no it’s what you did to my boy he was once a happy kid who wanted to be a model but not anymore he’s he’s he’s shrek?????? Absolutely HORRENDOUS. They do not listen to their customers, I suggest that more attention be given to understanding the customer’s desired outcome.

I showed my stylist Morgan a reference photo and she completely butchered my hair. No fade whatsoever, she basically scalped me. I had a modern mullet and needed a trim but she gave me a mowhawk shaving the sides completely bald. I’m so upset I will never return.

Showed up and was given an estimated 37 minute wait. One hour and a half later I was seated in the chair to get a haircut. When I sat down I pulled up pictures with measurements on how I want my hair cut because of regulations for my job. The lady said she could do it. She then proceeded to butcher my hair, ignoring what we had just discussed and taking my fade to the top of my scalp. After telling her specifically I did not want her to touch the length on the top of my head, she picked up a pair of scissors and started cutting. This was single handedly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I was also in there when the guy with a mullet asked for a haircut and she scalped him ruining his hair. Please avoid this place and take your money elsewhere.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Long wait, inconsistent and they do NOT listen to the client. Husband had a modern mullet and needed a fade but they turned it into a Mohawk. Have to shave his head now. Never coming back here ever.

Absolutely terrible, Ling Ling butchered my scalp, I left bleeding. Haircut was free, but I'll never return 100% don't recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at this location with Ashley M. Prior to visiting her, I'd been to a barber that made some disagreeable changes to my haircut, but Ashley was able to fix it without a problem. She was quick, thorough, and polite. I strongly recommend her service, and this Sports Clips location, to others.
