Visited this store on 9/18 at 6pm. I was with my Grandson and had bought him candy, we are at the counter and a black woman was apparently training a white woman, My Grandson who is 4 said hello to them at least 5 times, they never spoke back! I told him do not speak to them anymore since they do not have the courtesy to speak back. They still never said a word. So I buy cigarettes, two cash 5 tickets as the Black Woman is constantly asking do you want the two dollar cash 5's? No, I emphatically responded, and I paid for my purchases my Grandsons candy that cost 3.00. Those Women were Rude !you have a child speaking and you are not kind enough to speak back? I should have not purchased anything and went to another store! I will never shop there for anything Again! Customer Service is really lacking at this location!

This review is about the manager "Micky" - the location itself is well run and Speedway is my go to convenience store.I came in the other day and witnessed "Micky" accosting a coworker - accusing him of stealing 4 dollars in quarters from her register. Now, I'm just a consumer but I witnessed this for 5 minutes as I shopped around, and it was so loud that I heard the whole thing.The coworker wasn't raising his voice but I could hear he was getting frustrated with her constant accusation, especially as customers came in and out.Having those types of conversations in front of people while both standing at the registers is pretty bad on it's own for her.. but then what she said next caused me to finally intervene, although I should have prior probably.She said and I quote "Luckily, unlike the rest of you I can afford the 4 dollars, so I can afford to replace it".And my jaw dropped. That's when I straight up told her that was one of the most rude things I've have ever heard someone say. I informed this lady that what she said was disgusting, I apologized to the coworker who was at the other end of this woman's ignorant tirade for having to deal with it, and I left knowing that if I ever saw her in the store, I'd skip and go somewhere else.I fear she may fire that dude for what I said, when in reality she needs to be reviewed by whomever manages their managers because If she did that so easily in front of customers, it makes me question what else she does and says when they aren't around.Side Note: Try the $1 pound cakes, they're delicious.

Gas pump ALWAYS unable to print receipt!!Why can’t I get my receipt at the pump, instead of having to go into the store??!!Very POOR response to this complaint!!

Visited here on 9/23/20 around 3:15pm. The main reason was to use the bathroom, which was okay but not the best. The store itself looked clean. I got some water and a snack while I was here. Not many stores have the monster hydrating water, which is really good and supposed to provide energy. There is a sign on the door requires a mask, although this isn’t enforced as other people entered the store without one. I find this is common at most, if not all, gas stations. The cashier was not always wearing a mask. We did put it on before I arrived to the register, which was good. I don’t come here frequently. I just stopped here while carrying out work duties in the field.
