Today the speedway was closed and the person inside was yelling at every person that tried the door. Yelling about calling the police and generally acting like a jerk. Usually its not a great store anyways.really sick of the rude girl in there. Not the manager she's doing the best she can. 10 years apending 4 to 5 hundred monthly. Im done

I received a nasty attitude and unnecessary comments from the new general manager at this location. While making coffee, I asked if a certain flavor was out of stock or if Speedway was no longer carrying the item. The GM said, "we do not have it." I stated that "it is my favorite creamer (they've had it for for as long as I can remember), I was just asking" and the GM rudely stated, "We just do not have it" without providing any clarity. Delivered very poor customer service today. She could have simply answered my question and said we should have some coming on our next truck or if it is a manufacturer out of stock. When I got to the counter, I started conversation with the cashier as I always do at this location, and then I asked if she could provide me with the DMs contact information. The GM rudely interrupted, stating, "I am the manager." I stated, "I am not speaking to you, nor was I asking for the general manager." I continued with the cashier to obtain the DMs information, and the GM interrupted again, stating that the DMs name is "Christi Brown and going to call her right now to tell her about me." The GM picks up her phone, holds it to her ear, and starts speaking to someone stating "a customer" as I walk out of the store.The bar for customer service is absolutely on the ground. Where are the interpersonal skills? Where are the leaders who are supposed to coach/train employees? If you can not provide service/information when someone is asking about product availability, GET OUT of the service industry?

Used applepay to pay for single item; left fining out they charged me for 20 dollars more in items; always ask for A copy of the receipt; Is getting back the money has became quite a process
